I have the older model that came with the usb thumbsticks (I think they’re called magic gates and can buy them separately) for other consoles instead of connecting a controller to it. The ones I have don’t come with Sanwa parts but I swapped them to colored buttons and sticks of course. Plus the old model has a plexiglass top so I did custom art, these are actually my go to!

The only thing I don’t like about it is the color scheme they went for,really don’t like the beige body and grey buttons/stick. the standard F300 looks way better with black body and blue buttons. where I live the Elite is just around 10 bucks more expensive than the regular.

Respectfully. Your budget has to be more. If you have $100 now. Wait and add to that $100 so that you can get yourself a more premium product, this is something you’ll have for a time. Get yourself in around the $250 range when you can afford to and you’ll have a lot of options, even around $200. This is not a stick I recommend for anyone other than a small child or a person who just wants it in their collection.
@@AllAboutTKK Sadly all the fighting sticks went up with inflation and the excuse of supporting the latest console edition. It's also pretty clear that the PS5 is where a lot of customers are as the companies seem to be focusing on those. I'm happy they are keeping things alive but I have no interest in any console and would rather the money be put into hardware rather than supporting of the PS5.
how do u feel this F300 elite compared to the F500 elite? Is it wotth the "bigger" model or no-sense for a difference of 50$? Good review man, i like it!
I would personally say not really unless you want your stick to have specific features. For example, the f500 elite comes with a removable plexi glass panel so you can put custom artwork on the stick. It also comes with a 3.5 mm headphone jack so you can use pretty much any headset with the stick. Its also a good bit heavier due to its size and the fact that both the top and bottom panels are made of metal, where as on the f300 elite, only the bottom is metal. But if you don’t really care for those specific things, the f300 elite is the better deal.

I was eyeing this but I saw the gamesir C2/Madcatz EGO and PXN X9 sticks. I went with the X9 but I still have this on my wishlist for collection purposes 😂 Also the Magicboots from the same company, Mayflash, "solves" the controller issues 👍
It will work on PS5 since PS4 controller works on PS5...& sommewhere the company had announced they were gonna also update for ps5...bu theres been many people in the comments in different videos affirming theirs worked on Ps5.

Like, what if someone has never had a fight stick and doesn't plan to get too serious into competitive, but wants a solid joystick? What are the deficiencies of having this, if you don't have a million other expensive sticks laying around?

It is annoying but you get used to it. The mayflash sticks are very affordable and easy to mod, that’s a major win in my book

It will now work with PS5 as long as you have a Mayflash Magic-S Ultimate plugged into the USB port on the back of the base.

You can use these with ps5 games too, i play sf6 on ps5 but you gotta buy the magic stick usb add on for 35 bucks
Yeah that’s the adapter doing the work though, not really the same as saying you can use this with PS5 games.

It’s a decent option. Overall quality of build of the shell could be better in my opinion. If you are coming as your first stick it’ll be nice.
