I recommend to use a sealer like gloss matte or semi gloss to lessen the paint chipping, the sealer/spray paint I recommend is Mr Hobby Mr. Super clear.

I have 2 of them. Both have really bad paint chipping and one came with a broken joint. Awesome figure, immaculate looks, but qc could be better

Good review. People who complain about the black dot on the withe part of the ends literally don't read the original alien costume saga story. Nowdays many complain about the dot by sayin that if the dot aren't there is not the symbiote butguess what. The dot is simply an interpretation of the artist who draw spidey in the stories. In most of them the dots aren't there, in some of them even appear and disappear from one page to another. Also the shape of both the eyes, the patch on the hans and the symbol change from artist to artist so, the absence of the dots arent an error. Also,many people complain about the dots but no one ever complain about the spider logo,that if you want to be a perfectionist is not completely right if yiu want a first appearence symbiote, becuse in the first issue the tail of the spider doesn t have two pointed side, it will end with am arrow shaped. The two pointed tail appears in secret wars 8 that it came out after the first appearence in amazing spider-man. So.... Pointless when someone complain about the dot. Anyway this is by far the best symbiote figure ever no doubt. It perfectly resemble the ron frenz artwork especially over the last issues when he draw a more big eyes,look here and you see it s the perfect symbiote spider-man figure based on his art in the original symbiote story ark www.pinterest.it/pin/40673202865037028/ and also resemble the mark bagley symbiote spidey that was draw in some issues of the eighties and in beautiful art from the collection cards from the 93 or 94,check out is great and really resamble this one, also is clear that is bagley spidey you can clearly see the bagley peter head. Many say it was a macfarlane look but it itsn't, mcfarlane draw a much bulkier peter, with a very big torso and more big eyes that have a more straight upper line shape. So..can't wait to have mine in hand because is still my favorite spidey look and story ark, also reccomend to check the scomic what if the alien symbiote had possessed spider-man if you love the saga.
