why one flange bearing? Is it bc they're not so good in sheer? But really good in torsion and side loading? Or is it just cuz p.a. only had the one in stock? I'd think that 2 bearings that size would be ideal bc the pin wouldn't have to pivot in the axle causing that wear point.. I typically spend my time on front suspension even if it's a super simple rubber mounted 2 link (kinda f250 style) or mono link with track bar but suspension allows u to get away with way lighter weight steering parts and not bend stuff.. the articulated axle already takes special consideration to avoid bump steer and what not so why not use an old rubber control arm bushing and make an articulating mono link?

Didn’t really have the room to have a second flange bearing on the front, without doing some major mods, having the centre bolt greaseable allows very easy pivoting! Works great!

Dude that is awesome! I have a craftsman 3000 gt and I’m currently trying to figure out something for the steering tired of all the slop! And it’s slipping now lol so kinda have to but might as well upgrade

Hey guys I really love your vids and I'm a absolut fan of your mowers. Thumb up!
I come from germany and so, my problem is, that I can't find a peerless 820 anywhere. Could you guys please send me one? I'm absolutely excited in building my own offroad mower.
    Thanks.

Love watching your modifications! Question,……on Musty you had a mini air compressor mounted (which is cool), but doesn’t it drain your battery quickly??

I only run the compressor with motor running
      Works well

Very Cool. Doing a Rear engine rider for a mini truck sort of thing and want to add the rack and pinion. What did you use? Was it easy to find? Expensive? Was looking at Stiletto, but way too much $$$$. Thanks
