This is a film from Greece, the nation with some of the most incredible islands and architecture. We’re Benny and Meeka, and this… is our journey.
In this adventure, we’ve got 2 full days to explore as much as possible of this mediterranean island. Our itinerary consists of us venturing up into the highlands to discover the marbled peaks of Mount Zeus. As we potter about in the highlands, we’ve got some very charming little villages to wine and dine. It’s here that we’ll follow our noses up through the streets and enjoy the incredible cuisine of Greece. In this region you’ll find generations of olive groves, picturesque view points and a place for your imagination to run wild about the events that have taken place over the thousands of years on these islands. To make this adventure achievable we’ll be renting out an ATV for the day. But firstly we’ll be strolling through the town of Chora, the capital town of Naxos.

Oh & we should probably introduce ourselves...
We are Benny and Meeka, a travel couple from Australia who have been travelling on and off for 10 years and even lived in the UK from 2019 - 2021.
We are currently in Europe and are making our way back to the UK to reunite with our Mercedes Sprinter van we purchased before the world shut down and we left back to Aus.
About 4 months ago we decided to document our travels as we make our way across the globe, so join us for the ride.

Hello my friends just watching your lovely video , please allow me a small correction on something you said . The building program of the temple of Apollo began in 530 Bc and ended in 524 BC after the overthrown of the tyrant* ( *an aristocrat , not necessarily bad ruler, who ruled through oligarchy ) ruler of Naxos who was the 'mastermind'"' behind this huge project .Enjoy your travels , God bless
