I have one question, are these earbuds also easy to buy outside of India? (I live in the Netherlands) Or does Amazon India also ship products to foreign countries?
Tribit flybuds III are also the same product as the Mpow M30 plus the Mpows are just cranked up a little more in the highs and the lows. And have volume control. Thanks for your video. 👍
I would be very intrigued by a review of the Monster Persona headphones. I thought Monster was a well known brand but I can't find a single review on the internet, video or written. Only comments on the Amazon page saying the ANC is on par with Bose, and a few five star reviews. This might be a hidden gem for the price.
After doing some research I went for the Jabra elite 75t over the lyoertek tev which has rave reviews for audiophile level sound and are also much cheaper

It's because there is a few companies in china knocking out the same form factor buds for a third party company with their branding. They must sell kits with pickable parts that are assembled elsewhere. One of note is the mpow m5 and lypertek tevis. cleer audio and tronsmart apollo bold is another example. Almost the same form factor and case. I've even noticed they use the same company for the boxes as well. An example of this is the tronsmart apollo bold and the liberty pro 2s from soundcore. Almost identical presentation in both boxes.

Let me give you a little lesson on the Indian industry. There are companies like boat, mivi, noise who make audio products, smartwatches etc. These things are all rebranded Chinese stiff sold at a pretty premium in india ? Why, well on the box of airdopes you see the picture of girl. She is a well known singer here who is quite popular here in India. Hence all these stuff go into marketing. Also indians (and by these I mean most normal indians) love bass, I mean love bass they have no sense of anything whatsoever. It's because the "bollywood" songs which most people listen too are rather bass heavy, dynamic loud and punchy. Hence th bass boost. And also one major thing, which brand like these use is called "made in India' where in just assembling the product or even repackaging the product in a box qualifies as "made in india". Now you might wonder why this is important? 😶
Well most Indian's are sort of patriotic for "made in india" stuff and this idealogy was boosted after the recent attacks on india by china, most indians started having this hatred towards china hence many of the mpow or other stuffs which are exclusively made in china don't come or sell well in india. Like there is official "soundcore by anker" in india but except there few products mostly the life note, Q10 (these two products costs 2000₹ here in India which is a nice baseline for most indians ) don't sell really well. Although they make quality products.
Boat also has partnerships with many IPL (INDIAN PREMIER LEAGUE) a cricket league like the EPL but with a drafting system. Which is probably the most popular tournament over here. And these partnerships helps make them special edition products for particular teams and sell the same cheap products.
As from me, I have this rule when I recommend stuff to my friends no boat , mivi, noise or any other so call "indian audio brand" as they suck ass.

And yes I have heard 4/5 spundcore products I have mentioned. And they are all pretty good.
Interesting. Wonder if there are any 'audiophile' (ie appreciate balanced v bass heavy sound) Indian YT reviewers who review in English and can be relied on to give a fair assessment of earbuds. Btw check out Haylou too if you have access to that brand. The Scarbir site rates e.g. the $20 GT1 Plus sound highly (on par with $100 Anker Soundcore Liberty 2 Pro) though it lacks volume. I compared their recorded sound against some other popular Chinese clones in a video on my YT channel and some interesting conclusions. I have the $150 Samsung Beans Live Buds which can sound great and some of the cheaper buds get very close sound quality wise.

@@GIChow ya there are many audiophiles in India. I don't wanna call myself an audiophile, but in this context of the comment I will call it :)
I am on of those few people who don't like those thumpy sound or the bass boosted heavy sound. I am kinda allergic to it. My tastes for a iem lies towards neutral sounding with a wee bit bass boost. Although when shopping for tws earbuds or any other bt neckband I don't particularly shop by sound I shop by the features and comfort. Sound is a priority but obviously not the first but a second priority in those situations.
Also ya have heard a lot of good thing about haylou gt1 plus. But the problem with ordering product from AliExpress is the thing I said about Indian trying to shun china out. Hence any products ordered from china has a 50% import tax or and many products just straight up don't deliver to India.
Hence the Monopoly of brands like boat, mivi, noise etc. In India. They have a lion shares of the audio market and other various small products. They buy them for maybe 5-6$ each and sell them for 15-20$ there is a huge profit margin. And normal indians gobble those shit up as it is branded with famous movie stars, sometimes famous atheletes (mostly cricketers - those who play the sport of cricket, as cricket is the biggest sport in india) and sometimes singers.

@@hmm2928 That is very interesting how the Indian economy is able to do that re. effectively preventing consumers from enjoying direct access to a wider market. I am a cricket fan myself tho wouldn't buy an audio product because a famous personality is on it..even Virat Kohli or Ben Stokes :-) In fact quite the opposite since obviously your money is going on marketing and not the audio components. So presumably there is no effective anti monopoly legislation in India but a protectionist system. I have started doing a few YT and blog reviews in the UK focusing on the cheaper / free side of audio since I think one can nowadays get very good sound at a low price that was formerly only available at a higher price to the audiophile community or those in the know (look at KZ offerings for example). Any tips for items (that I can get from say Amazon UK and not have to ship personally as Mark in this video did) to review under say $60 let me know. My next review is of M30 v Galaxy Buds Live. The Buds Live sound good (for TWS..even despite what some reviewers like dankpods say) but it is not a walkover. The M30 took a few wickets :-) Yes I have the same view that TWS is mainly about convenience and comfort v sound since a wired VE Monk Plus will score boundaries all day long and knock most TWS out of the park :-) btw see an Indian YT has replied so have subbed and am open to suggestions of what cheaper TWS to review on my RUclips channel next (though just TWS available from say Amazon UK rather than having to ship myself as Mark did in this video!)

I had bought boat airdopes 441 a few months back. Then, I bought soundcore life p2 after watching your review. Soundcore life p2 are far better than airdopes.
The only good thing about airdopes in comparison are touch controls and that they link to two devices at once. Also, you cannot control volume on soundcore life p2 which means you can't control sound at all on firestick.
Soundcore sounds signature really very good

i’m watching this w my mpows in my hands, i just noticed the case only has 2 of those gold prongs while theres 3 on the earbud. so does that mean one of them are fake/just for aesthetics

Boat has monopolized the Indian market. I've given this brand a lot of chances but everytime they delivered products with defect and every single time I've returned them.
If you are in india and your budget is around avg. boat products and looking for Bluetooth speaker go for brands like portrocnics, for tws go for realme, for headphones go for hyperx etc. If you are super low on budget go for any zebronics product with realistic expectations.

Yep, btw Chinese websites like AliExpress amongst others have several brands like Haylou as well as near clones of AirPods (e.g. i10) and Galaxy Buds which are cheaper but up there sound wise with the Mpow M30 (arguably better for the GT1 Plus) though battery is only 2-3 hours. Comparison video of some cheaper M30 alternatives (with recordings of sound quality) on my RUclips channel and be good to see more reviews of the many wireless earbud offerings and not just the big/expensive brands.
