Elizabeth, I have to say that Goat Morning is a perfect way to start my Saturday morning here in NYC 🗽I enjoy seeing the goats and all the excellent care they receive from you and Leni. The restaurant Km0's food looks excellent, their Tiramisu I definitely would try and with that view!!!!!!! I see Leni's art work on the shelf behind the wine bottles. Mini italian Teachers Leni and Rosi's method of teaching vocabulary is perfectly illustrated: il mare, calmo, agitato. Making pasta looks fun and tactile. Rosi is certainly enjoying braiding the dough. Lentils are one of my favorite foods, whenever lentil soup is on a menu, I have to order it. I never thought of it as a sauce with pasta 😋 Alla prossima.

I saw the bag of flower you used to make the pasta and it reminded me of my grandmother and grandfather who were born in Martina Franca but immigrated to the USA in 1923. I have vivid memories of sitting at her kitchen table making Orecchiette and I think your daughters will have the same memories. 😊 By the way, I found your channel from watching Nicki Positano

Some years ago we were there in Amalfi, stayed in Hotel Margaretha in Praiano and had lunch here in this restaurant but it was then called Aldo’s - the best memories ever! Will you consider having lunch in Mamma’s restaurant so e time…… I just remember the spectacular view. I love your blog, it is simply lovely! ❤

You opened a new door for your videos today...cooking lessons!! I would love to see different "bagnas" for my pasta and I would love to watch how to make your pasta!! Love lentils and have never seen them used for a sauce...great idea!! The idea of one big table where everyone sits together and can enjoy each other's company is a great idea!!
