  • The world is full of silence and people that are hidden away from society. How do you make a change when you are not a game changer? In this speech I will talk about the (unforeseen) tools we can use, and the paths we can take to change the world. Even when you feel powerless. This is how Judith de Leeuw changed the world with paint. Judith de Leeuw, also known as JDL street art, creates large- scale murals worldwide in order to draft attention to social issues. In a period of 6 years she managed to travel and work over 41 countries, including big parts of Europe, Asia and the United states. In 2021, JDL’s work was sold for a record of 2,9 million in cryptocurrency of which she donated one million to charity. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx
