I race cars, and my current setup pulls a maximum of 2.2g sustained in the highest G corners. Trust me when I say even that is tiring, and hard on your neck. F1 cars do 5g pretty easily, for 2 hours straight. It’s nuts.

Being precise is much easier when you’re not flying all over the place. F1 you’re more “locked in place” but also experiencing 6 times the amount of Gs I did. Surprisingly not my neck, but shoulders and legs hurt me the most afterwords.
Actually I forgot to say the G meter on my car reads that. When I have my camera on my helmet I was reaching 2gs multiple times a lap on my neck. The car itself is only experiencing 1.3

Can't discredit motorcycle racing, namely MotoGP and road racing, for example the Isle of Man TT! I'd argue the Isle of Man TT is more difficult, more precise and more dangerous than Formula 1 by a country mile. Also, endurance racing and rally raid (such as Dakar) deserve a shout, especially due to the lengthiness of them. Perhaps not always as technical but an endurance race will damn well feel technical when you've barely had any sleep and are going back out for your next few hours on the track.

You may be able to hold it, but gotta factor in driving a car with no driving assists, doing an overtake and managing the complicated F1 steering wheel, changing engine strat modes potentially all at the same time while holding the g force without banging your head around
A man head is around 6 kg, plus helmet, Hans etc. With 3g lateral, they deal with 20/25 kg lateral force multiple time a lap. So they need to practice a lot!!
