I love the key fob, but what happens if someone nearby has the same setup? Like will their key fob turn yours? Are the key fobs all on different frequencies? Also, is there interference with the shaft of the trolling motor when the live scope is pointed in that direction?
Why do you have the ultra over the ulterra and why do you not like the self deploy feature. I love your videos and have been buying ozark rods etc. thanks in advance. I am looking to buy a new trolling motor
ROBERT JOHNSON the ultrex is electric steer. Much faster left right then the Ultrrra. I didn’t want the self deploy function to brake then I’m not able to fish. I’d go with the Ultrex or Force.
You all mention the ultrex. Am I to assume it will be available for ulterra as well? I’m pretty certain the answer according to Ron and Patsy Upchurch, is yes.. Bv
Hey 3 Pounder. Thanks for the great review. I called Mark and got my name added to the list for the next batch of Livesweeps. Yes, he's sold out and there is a 6-8 week backlog. I've got to ask if you've had a chance to do an on the water review with the unit yet? It appears there could be a large degree of interruption of the transducer beam depending on where its targeted and the operation of the trolling motor when pivoting. Did you find this to be an issue?
Skip Laney I have not experienced any interruption. I have a bunch if videos inbred to post prior to getting live sweep. Then I will do a in water review.
