Thank you for the honesty, Peter. I'm tired of seeing some people trying to sell Hawaii as just the paradise (that it is) but sweeping the real cost of living there under the rug.

Thank you for pointing that out. Maximum honesty has been one of my principles that underlies every video on this channel

Yes! A spiritual person gets no joy or happiness from physical things or material things. They are unimportant. Spiritual people fill their cup in life with joys such as nature, the ocean, the beach, and good relationships every time!!! You said it right on! Materialism, while it may add comfort, in the necessities of life, brings nothing more. Well said. You are my people!!!!

You are right it’s a spiritual thing living in Hawaii. Of all the different places I’ve lived, Hawaii is the only place I can’t forget and want to go back to. In life you get what you pay for. 😁🤙

Great video. I hope I was enough of a physicalist to be able to afford being a spiritualist retiring in Hawaii 🤙🏼

Aloha Peter another great video, if I am asking the same questions again, I apologize. I'm absolutely a spiritualist. It's all about the weather and beauty of Hawaii for me. Seems like I am always writing to you during our darkest days here. A couple of questions. Is Oahu an easy place to make friends? You had a video on isolation. What can people do to not experience that especially those close to retirement? I would guess volunteering. 55+communities and prices compared to rent. I have seen studios for $1600.00 I think Seattle might be more expensive but higher wages. Thank you as always for your realistic helpful honesty. 🌺😎🦀

I'm a Spiritualist. Peter, we live in the Midwest of the Main land. Many here are Physicalists because there are no Ocean or Mountains. So many shop for entertainment. Me? I love outdoors. Our home overlooks a large city. Many here think it's great that we look over the city. I don't. I love nature and we have plenty of that here but it is very cold in Winter and and very hot in Summer. I don't like that. Peter, I'm working on it. Thank you

I am absolutely a "physicalist", but I still want to move to Hawaii. That said, I don't have any desire to buy a $5,000 TV.
