U know, I did a test between my liquid 420 on one side and this powder 420 on the other off camera and yeeeaaaaa the 420 looks dark! Lol I gotta switch them again 😂
I use Fenty liquid foundation on 420, and in error bought 410 in powder form, but it's soooo red shockingly, lucky I didn't get 420. These powders definitely doesn't match the liquid, I appreciate this video, because they seem a bit redder than your complexion on you as well.
Yea. I ended up just keeping the 420 to add to my kit for clients. It’ll work for someone 😂
I think the 420 was a tad too dark, the 410 looked to be a better match.

Thanks! I used Fenty concealer in shade 410!
They also look red to me. In sephora I got matched with 420. It's also 2 red for me. I put on some sasha buttercup to get rid of that redness. I'm not sure what shade to get that doesn't have the redness!
Yea, unfortunately I think the deeper the shades get they all have that red undertone.
I wear 430 in the liquid. But was matched with 400 for the powder. And it looks great. No redness on me.
I went back to sephora and got the 410. It was a much better match for me!
Are people blind or just dishonest? I had to rewind the video three times to make sure that my eyes were not deceiving me. The foundation (Both shades is a tad too red on your face). I think you have to use a lighter shade or a shade no so red on your inner face and then use one of the shades (either willl do) on the perimeter of your face and blend them. I saw someone do this and it gave her the perfect undertone and shade for her face. I got my foundation shade which is 445 and I only use this on the inner parts of my face and then use Mac foundation which is a bit deeper on the perimeter of my face - then blend the two together. The 445 shade is a great match for my undertone but it leaves my face looking too flat when I apply it all over my face rather than use the inner part (i.e. my eyes, cheeks, nose, and around my mouth). I may get another darker shade - but its hard to swatch anything these days in store. Sometimes we have to mix shades to get a better match.
I agree! And for this reason I actually went back and got the 410 bcuz I actually like how that shade looks when applied for the perimeter of my face w/ a lighter shade in the inner! That redo video was actually coming today! 😄 thanks for your feedback!
There really is no difference but I would go with 410. But they look identical. Crazy

I just got the 420 I don't what the hype is all about it's ok the maybelline foundation powder is about the same but probably better TBH. Also fenty be having a lot of fall out from the pan
