Another reason that the second one is better. I loved finding the secret fleshlight that one hits zombies. It's a bit weird that it fires milk tho, hope they change that in the third one🙏🙏
I have abt 30 hours in the first one in horde mode with my buddy from echo (rip echo, the greatest game of all time) and I've been going thru the second campaign, so far im liking it
These studio is making a Metro VR game. I really hope they can do it justice because Metro is one of my all time favorite series and I've always said, it would be perfect for VR since so much of the game is already designed to be ultra immersive even on a flat screen so it would be a relatively seemless transition.
@@introbraThe game shouldn't have been taken down so early they should've kept it up until metro awakening would be released then they could've got rid of paradox of hope
my first ever experience with VR was with Arizona Sunshine 1, when my little brother was like "Hey Phoenix, try this game!" And I put the headset on, and it was the bit where you're in a clearing and a bunch of zombies come at you all at once and I, who didn't know the controls, promptly got absolutely bodied.
Having played through both, Arizona Sunshine 2 felt a bit sluggish & couldn't calibrate belt area as well as the first game, & with HP Reverb Controllers its a bit finicky to Reload. But other then that it was great. Although can u not store Maylay weapons or can u?
They must've had some great updates to the game, because I was staying away from this for the $50 price-tag and because of the mixed reviews. Not to mention, I could never find players to do a match with in the first one. With that whittling player-base well before, and by the time this released, I just assumed it would be the same with the sequel. If I can easily load up a MP game now, and they fixed the complaints in the reviews, I'm totally down for trying it again. That price-tag though... A little presumptuous, I think. Though it looks visually better than the first, I really don't think this is Half-Life: Alyx quality, and that's really the only VR game I think warrants $50 at the moment... But, correct me if I'm wrong here.
Wow good video, I haven't played these games, years ago I was going to buy the first one but didn't. Then VRChat took over my life haha oof, I can imagine if a 3rd one of these games comes out it'll be even more amazing I hope, I might buy it and try it out
One of the PSVR2 highlights and overall one of the few VR games that actually feel like a proper AAA experience in VR. Solid gameplay and mechanics, awesome graphics, something to actually keep you going (looking at you all the simple Rouge like sandboxes). Had exactly the same issues with weapon handling (accidental magazine grabs, annoying weapon hand switch or in some occasions as I tried to quickly swap my gun I was throwing current one away, even tho the setting that allows this was disabled - lost the flame thrower quickly after I got it which, ngl. was extremely annoying). Overall i loved the game.

Hey he's back! Hope to move went well! Awesome review like always. Although I must admit, I am pretty tired of killing zombies in VR. This game will still be a pass for me personally. I wish more VR developers made "great stories" through VR. I mean hearing the main character speak in Arizona Sunshine 2 is like hearing the most bland, paper cut version of a your typical bad ass white dude. This is the main reason I couldn't stomach 'male V' in cyberpunk. :) I'm just so tired of playing that stereotype in video games I went for female V instead. With that being said I honestly wish CDPR would make an official VR mode for cyberpunk. They spent so much time making an immersive 'first person'-centric experience that most of the game elements are kind of unintentionally designed around VR already.
Move went great thanks, settled in now so normal service should resume. I am tired of zombie shooters aswell, its just we get so few good quality VR games and good length single player campaign that isnt a roguelike
Umm what? After the Fall is a finished game. And the devs have added more stuff to it that made it even better for quite a while. And all of the additions were free. So I don't understand what you're on about. After the Fall is one of the best VR games out there.
Well it's Valve. They don't need to make profit on the game.. Their goal is to expand the VR user base. They took 6-7 years to develop Alyx. That's way more budget than any VR studio can commit to a game.
Gameplay is decent but that dialog is complete ass. They made the character so unlikeable and just ready to jump out the closet for some reason. Hella sex and diq jokes that serve no purpose other than to annoy you. It actually ruins the game.
@@positivevibezz69 that's actually nDreams, a really good studio but they also short games as well. They got increased budget lately so hope they can improve on their length of games.
Really short, no left-handed mode, zero innovation, janky inventory system, etc etc. It's competent and and enjoyable for what it is, but hardly worth the price
@dannyd4339 I find a similar pattern with RUclipsrs who have Half Life Alyx as their top VR game, there is not much room in their videos for actual critique. Like, in what world is a simple pistol reskin mod such a massive game changer (a la gunman contracts which was making the rounds a couple months ago)? These people are missing out on the real potential out there, such as the Safehouse Progression mod for H3VR, or the simple fact WD:S&S1 is a more impressive game than Arizona Sunshine 2. It seems some people are absolutely hypnotized when a VR game lets them draw on a window with a marker but are completely oblivious of the joys to behold in games like Into the Radius, Punji VR, Grimlord, etc, which can have deep gameplay systems rather than flaunting a AAA budget on nothing more than nice graphics. /rant
@PetrusEksteen I agree, this is why many game genres have become stagnant and boring, not just vr. But it affects vr disproportionately. Shills, people who will just praise anything for the sake of praising it and ignore its many issues. Us as the costumers are the ones who are supposed to push the standard higher when it comes to videogames. If we just ignore crap like this, it will only get worse, not better.
