Would you all say that this is more user-friendly than a meat grinder? I'm interested in making homemade salami and want something that's fast with easy cleanup. Thanks
I would definitely say this is easier and more user friendly than a standard meat grinder. The clean up is so much easier since there are no tiny crevices for meat to stick in. You can get more meat processed faster. Good luck with your salami, I make sausage from time to time and it's a good feeling to make a delicious complex food.
