When I was in 4th grade, in 1979, I wrote a short story that is essentially the premise of “Sausage Party”. Still waiting for my residuals.
“Ants” was a story I thought of decades before the movie came out. Essentially ant colonies are equivalent modern human societies…

I loved living in Germany. Not Berlin, but a smaller city. The saying goes that 100 years is a long time in the US, and 100 miles is a long distance in Europe. The historical density and ease of access is amazing. Even better, live in Austria if you get a chance

I remember when Superbad came out when i was in highschool. A friend and i rented the dvd. We put the dvd in. Then his dad. Whose is a straight business man. Proceeds to watch the whole movie with us. Never laughed and just walked away. Id still like to know what was going through his mind.
