That would only cover one spot, now you have to pay $9,000 yourself because you already sold reservations. I would be better to buy what you can upfront, reserve those out, then use that money to make additional spots.
You'd better make sure your glamping business is going to be permitted by your local jurisdiction BEFORE doing this. The last thing you'd want is for your county to shut you down or even worse, not let you build your glamping site that you've already collected money to build.

this is for a *mobile* glamping business, typically installing tents for short term use on private properties. not destination/permanent camping.
