A great way to educate those around the world who might not have access to all of the modern appliances that it can be done. The outer chocolate shell was perfection. The way it cracked by didn't split shows how carefully the chocolate coating was tempered. An absolutely stunning chocolate confection. Choux au Craquelin are one of my favorite pastries to make and eat. I’ve never tried chocolate, but these look delicious. And I might add that yours look much better than the bakery’s version. I think I may have to try these this week.
Ah it said "OUR" cafe, so I thought that it was from Cooking Tree's cafe, if they worked at it, but it's actually from a cafe named "OUR Cafe"...( ・ิω・ิ)💝💝 (my thoughts of Cooking Tree secretly being a master patisserie are still unproven! One of these days though, I'll be proven right!)

It isnt actually dirty but its sort of spicy (not really but a really really strong sweet flavor). I've had Dirty Choux tea! I suggest looking it up

예전에 커스터드에 초콜릿녹여 생크림이랑 섞어서 만들어봤는데요 초코디플로마트크림이라고 해서 특이할까 싶어서 만든거였는데 저는 특별한맛은 안느껴졌고 초콜릿맛이 강해서 굳이 커스터드를 섞어야하나? 싶었거든요
제가 잘몰라서 느껴지지않았지만 뭔가 특별한게 있는건가요?? 정말 궁금해서 여쭤봐요
커스터드 크림만 사용해도 좋지만 생크림을 섞으면 훨씬 더 부드러운 크림이 되는 것 같아요~
