I've been involved deeply in synthesis since the late 70's and I beg to differ; for 99 percent of humankind; this is rocket science!
    Nice stuff!

Haha maybe you're right. I think the point is it shouldn't be : ) thank you for the kind words.

Love the sound and overall concept of separating the knobs from the patch points. I wish the knobs were at the *bottom* as that's where i would be interacting most of the time - and would not want to constantly reach across all the cables.

Fenix comes with a stand which we aren't using in these videos - if you image the synth upright, having the jacks at the bottom in the middle starts to make more sense. That being said, with our new module Stolperbeats, we decided like you described; we're using that one flat in a skiff a lot.

Hah you're right - the first series models are being shipped right now though, with SN1 having safely touched down with Tim at MIDI Amsterdam. So we hope it's true for some of the viewers! - Love your videos by the way, look forward to seeing the next one!

this needs a "patch continued" follow up video... :D

Love the idea! I would love a thing where people make a little video building on a patch in, say, a DivKid video. Everytime I watch one of those videos with the modular in front of me, I start out patching something similar to the video but then the patch "runs away" with me to another, often weirder place. We must all have at least one of the reviewed modules - I think it would be fun!

whoooooop! congrats! really glad you enjoy it and the videos too. We have some other short videos which each have a patch explanation. Check them out if you haven't already! Are you in the TiNRS discord? That would be a good place to hang out!
