While I agree that he will be missed, we have to move on like they did, I mean would any of you honestly watch this show if every challenge, every punishment, and every interaction was "I miss Joe...he would've handled this so well..."? People would move on without a problem if the show was funny, but it's just not funny anymore. Every episode after Joe left wasn't even worthy of a chuckle, it's a bit depressing honestly. The ideas for the pranks are crap, and Sal, Murr and Q seem so lazy and lethargic, almost like they're bored. The show could be funny without Joe if they tried, but it's like they're not even trying. So maybe if Joe ever comes back they will all be reborn again, who knows..

I read that accusations were made against joe for womanizing and sexual misconduct, and that is one of the reasons his wife is leaving him. If this rumor is true, then Joe might have left to make sure if the story blows up that it won't reflect badly on the show
