Watching this 8th September 2022 and its remarkable how much this sounds like most of the commentary etc on the news in the UK today.

Every Royal correspondent I hear now IS Terry Devlin. Hilarious!

His accent is pretty much and very probably in most cases quite possibly spot on.

Thank you so much for uploading this. Terry Devlin is very, very much one of my favourite characters of the many, many such created by the wonderful Armstrong and, indeed, Miller.

I love these two. How Ben kept a straight face I don’t know! They’ve even got that rather watery red background with rectangles on that the BBC used at the time just right!

Quite benevolent compared to a lot of Royal coverage in the last 5 years.

it is true that the media would focus more on Prince Harry's slightly injured foot over a massacre in the Middle East

Not an accident if American media is anything to go by. Common tactic here to distract from real issues is to talk about celebrities no one gives a shit about.

I’ve always found this really funny, but I’m only now noticing the fact that the questions he’s asked really are only able to answered vaguely.
Royal correspondent’s really are essentially pointless x)

Why Zander is so weird on pointless but funny in this show. He seem talentless on Pointless, maybe that’s why Richard seems so funny. Thank you very much indeed, Richard.

‘Effeminate’ is fine but those of us of an unctuous persuasion find the use of it in a pejorative manner offensive.

The same joke repeated for thirteen and a half minutes. Mind you, Armstrong's been repeating his Pointless script verbatim since 2009, so I suppose we shouldn't be too surprised. Thank God he didn't do his "hilarious" Eating An Invisible Piece Of Cake mime as well.
