Great Tutorial but people dont like to give slight effort I have a suggestion to them just follow the tutorial and make your own along with. There is roughly more than half comments asking for ready file which I feel not good for the person who is giving simple self explanatory tutorial which really need appreciation and like.
Nice work but sum sugetions 1. For locking cell press F4 2. How if user entered sale qty more than purchase? 3. How to see balnce qty in stock during entering the sale entry.

Good tutorial, I duplicated your spreadsheet and found it a nice example. Maybe use offset and counta on the data validation for the customers & suppliers and you won't have to scroll up to select them.
Excellent and simple tutorial. Thanks. I used Vlookup to calculate the unit price from the unit cost. I discovered that when unit cost of an item changes, it still retain the old price instead of using the new cost to calculate new unit price. Please help
