People can't comprehend how hard this is. Starting with add9 and half diminshed arpeggios with insane slides and string skipping at the end, going with chromatics into a Gm across the fretboard, legato at the 23 fret with sparce notes between the string, into an insane melodic run with again differnet notes and steps, into an Cmadd9 arpeggio again which leads to jazzy harmonic minor licks and then a Gmadd9 with huge slides and a insanely 64 interval shred into weirdly timed melodic jazzy melodic lines. Finished with insanely fast diminished arpeggios and an insane Bb major7 shred than is way to hard to play for anyone. Even on the album it sounds sloppy, but i think its inhuman to play it properly.
@@crazycodkillerlet me say he is very creative and I always loved how he built solos but, there are others more technically proficient at playing that could shred this. The piece is hard though, that is not a question but, someone could do it.
@@JosePineda-jn8jk the thing is, it has very weird finger movements and relies entirely on economy picking. I don’t even think it is meant to be clean, especially the part at the end where he jumps super high up it just insanely fast and the finger can’t catch that high note with a 64th intrerval between the previous note, he just kind of slides it there sloppily.

@@Urohpls I am not flexing my theory knowledge bro, I am just praising Syn and his mastery on the instrument. If you spread out everything he does it shows how much of a beast he has become. While afterlife is very fast it is basic arpeggios and chromatic and pentatonic shreds. Here he uses so much colour and you can hear it.
Its " technically" impressive. Hard to play but not amazing to the ear. Kinda went zakk wylde on his solo here. Has all the chops and used to do gold now just shreds trying to be the most fast and complicated. You wanna enjoy an amazing solowatch guthrie govan and watch improvised. His improvisation is better than this written

Incredibly challenging solo and he nails it about 95%. Pretty darn great.
