*so I discovered this song by browsing on the indie playlist on Spotify. I eventually started to get sleepy and I guess I slept through other songs. it was around 3am and I woke up to this amazing "ooooh" sound and I was like omg what is this and now I have it on my playlist.*

I almost cried when I heard that phrase and quite honestly, that was the only phrase of the whole song that I could understand since English is not my native language and while I have learned over time how to write and read English, I still have to improve my bad pronunciation and hone my ears to listen to English spoken words without needing to read them to translate them to Spanish. I love the song and I guess this should be a depressing song if we listen to the slow/sad/melancholic melody

This song encapsulates nostalgia and bittersweet longingness so perfectly. It hits right at the cusp of those emotions. I remember hearing it in the dead of icy snowfall yet feeling so warm inside. No joke, it's one of those songs that sticks with you for a lifetime.

If someone could write the lyrics of this song in the comment section I would be truly grateful because English is not my native language and while I've become pretty good at writing/reading the language, I still have some problems hearing/speaking the language and the only phrase I could make out was "for the first time someone loved me" and when I listen to the melody I guess this is a sad or depressing song but that was the only phrase I could understand by only listening and not reading
