Fatigued after hyperfocus of painting. Pushed myself hard this year with disabilities.

My name is Xanthe Wyse. I am an artist in New Zealand. I paint mainly because I find it to be therapeutic.
A little video update. I had a sleep crash shortly after filming the first part of the video.
Doctors describe me as having clinical impairment from 'mental injury' (under the primary diagnoses of post-traumatic stress disorder, PTSD and bipolar disorder).
I have been aiming to paint at least one painting per month. Each painting takes me approximately 5 hours. I tend to hyperfocus when I paint. It's a form of therapy but I can feel very mentally and physically fatigued afterwards.
I have also been doing some more challenging walks, to try to get my fitness back on track. Always a work in progress.
I don't work or paint full-time as basically, I can't. I do what I can. I've shared little video clips with art tips and mini-tutorials.
I didn't paint much for a year or so when I worked on a memoir: 'Bipolar Courage: Are You Sure You're Not Autistic?' I self-published it last year (Amazon plus major ebook distributors).
My original paintings in acrylics are up for sale within New Zealand.
Fine art prints A4 size and under are available to purchase internationally.
