- Complete run-through on max difficulty.
I was a bit disappointed with the release of the Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection, hoping that it would be HD. Since it wasn't, I tried to brighten up the colors a bit and make it look more crisp.
Let me know if you like it, and if I should apply it to future recordings. If not, I'll stick to the default stuff.

I'm actually glad the Arcade Kollection didn't convert the graphics to true HD. The game would have lost some of it's intregrity with smoothed-out pixels. Also, Kung Lao is my favorite character. He's so badass!
there was rumor of getting new actors for the HD content and all new HD backgrounds. Currently a team of fans are doing this exact project since it was never brought to life by Warner Bros. They're using original 2D models and backgrounds but converting them in a software program (unsure of which it is). I believe they're working on all 3 games so far and are about 50% done.

My bad. I didn't know that. But even that rendering looks bad to me. I'd prefer if they kept everything original, or at least have an option to have the original graphics.

It does look crisp and brilliant, love your setup. I am also dissapointed that Mortal Kombat Arcade kollection is not HD. But oh well, at least, I got the first Mortal Kombat.
So this is what goes on in the world while we're just watching our TVs and doing our shopping. . . I had no idea this was what went on in China or wherever this is, yet here is the video proof.

For some reason I have a really hard time doing the fatalities on arcade collection, other than that it's great fun, hope it's still available on ps4

I would like to see more ppl do normal fataities in the pit stages, you don't have to do them just cuz youre there
i dont mean to be a "hater" but i never liked kung lao returning in future mortal kombats... i mean, i understand they created him as a reference to michael jackson. which was pretty cool for a one timer but making him again was kind of unnecessary for me. i just dont see anything interesting about him returning. but hey thats just me..

Try to check the MK II in the MAME emulator... I think you will like the graphics.
You can check my video of MKII to sse if the graphics are little better, and a way to kill Shao Kanh very easily (and very lazy one...)
