I was a bit disappointed with the release of the Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection, hoping that it would be HD. Since it wasn't, I tried to brighten up the colors a bit and make it look more crisp. If you were to see before and after shots, you'd definitely notice a difference.
Best fighting game announcer ever.
In fact, best overall sound design in a fighting game ever. :)

This game was hard as shit but it had the best sound effects. When you uppercut them oooooh!
Takes me back to when Fatalities were short, cool and shocking. Nowadays, it's all about cinematic camera angles and prolonged gore and realism. BLECH.

I was more disappointed with the fact that I rarely get the Dead Pool state as the first stage. That was my favorite part of the earlier SNES/Arcade revisions
for those asking about why the order of the arenas are different, i purposely made it that way because the normal order gets boring after a while. it's not hard to do, and no it's not a "fake" game. =P

yes. i can fight on any stage and even the same one all throughout the game if i want to

Wait, how did you get Goro's Lair in a normal rotation of stages? I thought Goro's Lair was ONLY for fights with Jade, Noob Saibot, and Smoke.

That's how it's done! All the Fatalities, Stage Fatalities, Friendship, Babality, No losses, Very Hard difficulty, Flawless Victories, Double Flawless Victories, There's only a few things missing: You did the "Ow-ah" on the Deadpool but no spike slide off. No Jade Secret Fight (LK only win before the '?'), No Smoke Secret Fight (Not your fault since Dan Forden never popped out on the Portal to say "Toasty!"), Noob Saibot Secret Fight and Pong are Multiplayer only secrets so that's okay. Welldone

How come the fatalities on the Arcade Kollection are so Impossible to do? I press the right buttons and everything, but they never seem to work.

It was only the first stage when you turned the machine on. After that they played out in sequence even if you lose, don't continue and start again. A typical arcade experience would have rarely been the Dead Pool first.

FAKE game and NOOB difficult. Only can fight in Goro Lair with Noob Saibot, Smoke and Jade.
