I just made this tonight and it was great! I did tweak a few things just because of missing ingredients but still really loved it. I made the "tamarind" sauce too, which is my favor. I put it in quotations because I used raspberry jam I had in my fridge lol instead of tamarind and this breakfast nut cluster blend because it contains cashews. It really was spot on. Thanks so much! I used ramen instead of the rice noodles because the ones I had stuck together sooooo bad. That's never happened before, but I usually use the soak method and boiled it this time. I actually think the ramen was really good here and may use it again next time. 💖 thanks again!
lettuce wraps are so awesome! I really need to visit the Cheesecake Factory someday but it's so much fun recreating your favourite restaurant dishes at home! Another terrific recipe, I'm very hungry after watching this now!
When they discontinued their Ahi Carpaccio I wanted to cry! I would go there just for that dish!! But I do love their Thai lettuce wraps but I see they are now called Asian Chicken lettuce wrap tacos?? I can’t find Thai lettuce wraps on their online menu.
These types of noodles is best for you to boil it first. But if you want you can soak the noodles in hot boiled water until they are soft and then cook it with the sauce.
Bro your list of ingredients for your peanut sauce doesn't even match your actual ingredients in the demo...Like you just added Sriracha and honey to the sauce but where is it in your list? No ratios?
I do apologize for the incorrect ingredients list in the video for the peanut sauce! Here's the correct ingredients list: 1/4 cup Peanut Butter 1 tbs and 1 tsp of Sesame oil 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup lime juice 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 tbs Sriracha 1 tbs and 1 tsp Honey 1/2 tsp salt
What is your favorite Appetizer at the Cheesecake Factory? Please leave a comment!!!!! Perhaps you will inspire me to recreate that particular dish.

What kind of soy sauce? Light soy or regular red cap?
I use the light soy sauce here. You can also you low sodium soy sauce as well. Thanks for watching! 😊
Can you cook the noodles in the sauce instead of cooking them twice?
