Man we used to be broke as a joke and did the same thing in parking lots all over town, only difference was we didn’t have the cameras! We had the cops though!

Not sure he was a dealer? What was he doing at the airport with a pound and a half of cocaine? He had accomplices too. He dropped the dime on them to avoid a life sentence. He was definitely selling cocaine and he was probably doing that for a while before he got caught. I’m glad that he turned his life around. Tim’s a standup guy and I hope after all these years no one still holds it against him.
Classic and so fun/awesome. Love these two together abd as a car guy I love their fun banter back and forth. Can tell they have a deep respect and fun together.
Miss when gents like this had the spotlight. Those were good times and damn good shows. Hosts of today’s shows wouldn’t know how to start those cars and apologize cause they use fossil fuels.
I was also doing smoky burnouts 47 years ago when I was young and foolish. I’M STILL DOING THEM TODAY !!! I guess that makes me irresponsible, old and foolish. 😉
Hello Jay and Tim Allen. Wow nice car's guys. Great burnouts. I'm 60 years young. I do burnouts all the time. . Jay I also have a 1955 Buick Roadmaster. Beautiful car. I saw yours Jay great build. I'm Giovanni from Philly. Still working on my 55 Buick Roadmaster. It takes a lot of time and money. Thanks again Jay for your great show's
I remember watching this as a kid. For some reason I was thinking about this episode a few days ago. Get out of my head RUclips! Can't believe it was that long ago.
Freakin' AWESOME!!!! We don't get good TV like this anymore. 2 great guys.... 2 great cars.... but of course I'll take the 427 Cobra. The Saleen is no slouch either! Love it! Thanks guys!
"Longest patch..." Longest NON patch I ever did, was a 1 foot gap, between first and second, in a '70 Roadrunner 383 4 speed. Yes, the wheels stopped burning rubber, for a foot, during that shift. 383, A833 transmission. No limited slip. That, is a quick shift. steve
I miss the 80's and 90's. Put any one of today's late night talk show hosts into a car and they'd want you to open the door for them first, then ask about the wifi password.
Now that was some good ol’ American T.V ❤️❤️ I miss those days….. Archy bunker, the Jefferson’s, family ties , ect…… that’s when T.V shows were good👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸oh and don’t forget ALF!!!!!!! Still find him on you tube by the way 👍👍
grew up in Royal Oak. Graduated from Kimball HS in 67. My buddy Rich Koster and me used to cruise up and down Woodward. We would drive from 10 mile rd up to Square lake rd. stop at Teds Drive in. He had a nice Barracuda fastback that he used to beat the crap out of. good times.
Tim Allen was a great actor growing up in the mid to late 90s to early 2000s, loved him in home improvement and all the toy story’s he was in
We use to watch Home Improvement when we ate dinner lol
It's neat to see these guys together, 30+ years later, still havin fun. A great duo if there was one.
Anybody notice the 64 impala sitting backstage?
Nice catch
Thought kt was jus me
probably snoop dogg was next.. =)
@@freedomtoclick 😂
I though it was a caddy but probably was an impala.
Can you imagine having enough money to have that much fun? What a dream.
it's like racing with cheap cars, only they are expensive. but it'd feel the same cause the magic of luxuriousness wears off quickly.
I dont cost THAT much
I can imagine that...and that's all I can do! lol
All ya need is a pair of balls dude....js
Man we used to be broke as a joke and did the same thing in parking lots all over town, only difference was we didn’t have the cameras! We had the cops though!
I remember watching this episode when it originally aired. Haven't watched late night TV since Leno left.
Same here.
The ending with the cops wanting Tim Allens's autograph while they haul off Leno was hilarious! 😂😂😂
Jay should have said, "We'll be right back, after these messages from Binford Tools."
True comedians. Didn't cuss, put down anyone or group, didn't go to sexual innuendo, just used themselves an timing to be funny. True comedians.
man I miss home improvement
In0centz 1911 I have all 8 seasons that show is still funny today
Last man standing is a good way to get more Tim
They still show them on tv
Soo go watch it than lol
You can buy the show on Amazon all the seasons
While I have a soft spot for the fox Mustangs, especially this Saleen, nothing is more legendary than the Shelby Cobra 427.
Amen to that.
That Fox is beautiful
I would love to have a Saleen Fox Mustang
Yeah, Cobra!

He's a great transgressive!
Back when late night tv was worth watching.
True...nothing on now except sicking negative politics all late night chs. There ratings are as bad.
That's what I was about to say
You know I think Tim Allen could've been a great late night host.
Tim's no stranger to police sirens. Didn't even flinch.
bossfan49 He used to be a cocaine dealer,True story LOL
Didn't have to hide his cocaine anymore!
@@chatt_chase8057 not sure he was a dealer, but he got caught with a large amount at an airport I believe. His personal Kilo🤣😂😂

It offends me that u assume i would be offended. So offensive
You got that right. Everything and anything is a problem in today's world. Still burning rubber .
Jay and Tim love cars and comedy. It is easy to see why Jay is on "Last Man Standing".
Amazing. Hadn't seen this before, man TV looked so fun back in the day! The sound of those cars too! Wow.
Two of the most humble men on television 🙏🏼
That is the biggest piece of Bull shit they are both arrogant assholes
Now they star in a show together. Good buds.
Classic and so fun/awesome. Love these two together abd as a car guy I love their fun banter back and forth. Can tell they have a deep respect and fun together.
They've been friends for a very long time. Nice to see that!
Back when late night still involved men.
Two of my favorite shows as a child staying with my grandparents.
Miss when gents like this had the spotlight. Those were good times and damn good shows. Hosts of today’s shows wouldn’t know how to start those cars and apologize cause they use fossil fuels.
Jimmy Fallon will never beat this
Oh heck no
Not even close.
Who is that ?

Gotta love American made muscle! Plus, 2 great car guys!
Always with the “i brought my wifes car” bit
Still to this day hahahaha
You made me crack my lip. I haven't smiled in years and my lips dont bend that way anymore.
If only it has modern day audio. The glorious sound of those V8s.
Lol . I'd love to see them do that again , today ! I think it would be worth a laugh .
How in the world did these two not collide? That felt chaotic af. So much fun to watch
Facts dude their energy is insane🔥🔥🔥
If they hit each other the segment would be even MORE legendary. Then they would fake argue over whose fault it was, when's the rematch, etc etc.
tim allen for president !!!!!
47 years ago I turned a lot of tires into white smoke. Stupid? Sure! Fun? HELL YES!
I ruined several sets of tires!
Thanks for the idea. My 40th is approaching in a couple years.
I was also doing smoky burnouts 47 years ago when I was young and foolish. I’M STILL DOING THEM TODAY !!!
I guess that makes me irresponsible, old and foolish. 😉
Bald bias ply covered in bleach or oil.
This reminded me of a home improvement skit on the show. Love it
Absolutely awesome thanks for the laughs Jay and Tim .Always entertaining to see. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
This is how you know Celebs are real people. They do the same fun shit as us. But with more.. mo..ney... oh... 😧 :/

I've never seen this! Thx 4 sharing. It's soo cool they're still good friends w/the coolest car collections to this day! 😎
Jay Leno is hands down the coolest guy around.
When late night shows were entertaining. I miss Jay Leno on TV. I still watch Jay Leno's Garage on RUclips though.
When the late night show was actually for car guys and not snowflakes.
You got that right! Now all the late night talk shows are just hosts whining about politics for half of the show.
When men were actually men.
Lol quit living in the past
Mark Garcia ok boomer
Now-a-days, we get Jimmy Fallon challenging someone to a ring toss competition or some other silly crap.
Whos watching on 2019
I'm watchin' 2020.

Which was the most popular TV capture card of the 90's? Hauppauge WinTV? ATI?

Yah those cars are cool, but lets see what that red Pontiac Phoenix can do.
40. Downhill. With a tailwind.
Im sure leno has something in his garage that will lay way more rubber now.
Right, sort of weak burnouts really.
