I wake up all night and study and only get 3 hours of sleep everyday. I can't remember the last time I had slept over 6 hours. On top of staying awake my parents also encourage me to keep studying at night even though I am dizzy.
Sleeping 3 hr isn't good for ur health at least go for 5+ it would even effect your studios
