I think coming till L10 you considered 5-7 yrs experience that I don’t see it require as I am on L11 with only 2 year of experience. And after 18 months they consider you for promotion any how. And pay is also good.
In general as per there shared table I told sometimes 1 to 2 years variation will be there

@@sagarhm9892 they didn't ask me to upload all documents on countdown to Accenture yet , but in mail which I recieved yesterday it is stated "Visit Countdown to Accenture to complete required forms and provide necessary documentation.These must be completed at least one week prior to your first day" and my joining Is after two weeks. Mam, you told that a fresher when joins Accenture, he/she is assigned to level 13 as an assistant with an annual salary of 3.5 - 4 lac per annum. But mam, for the job role of System and Application Service Associate (Level 12) job role, the CTC is 3 lakh Rs. Why is it so mam?
It may very i also told it is not the exact what you get i have given approximate so that you will get some idea now you can get some more opportunities and get the offer letter in hand and you can negotiate on the counter offer then you may get higher package, see package is the one which is different from person to person the same person who is doing the job which you are doing may not have the same package he/she may have higher or lower than you

Mam, I have one more question, does Accenture promotes its employees on the basis of experience or they are forever struck in same level with only annual increment in the salary . I mean can a candidate be promoted from level 12 to level 11 based on their experience while working in the Accenture?

hi, my Countdown actions(Onboarding actions) have submitted 2 week ago for 12 out of 14 but still now its pending for Review
Q1; How long time will take review onboarding action items
Q2; In form 11 what should i mention NCP days (I didn't took any over leave in my previous company also left annual leave), zero i'm not able to mention over there.

U are lucky that u got Level 10, I am having 9 years of exp. but they gave me Level 10 with 9.84 LPA salary.

Just a correction Level 13 n level 12 are same, only thing is the degree BSc or bcom candidates get into level 13 whereas B.E ,Mtech n btech candidates get into level 12. All the candidates in level 12 n 13 are trained for 1st 3-4 months and then are assigned projects depending on the skillset. When I was there in ACN level 13 ppl wer supposed to write an exam in order to get promoted to level 12 n level 11.

You should be having original marks sheet, in case if you don't have then you need ask your recruiter for the same before uploading
