Hi mam , during salary negotiation with hr i have mentioned my current salary js more than whats written in ctc as our varaible performance bonus is more than the writeen amount in ctc document as i have always drawed more ctc than written in document and have sufficient proofs and documents for that , during bgv document fill up i have given the exact amount written in CTC document and attached documents, will it cause any issue in bgv

I had done the documentation part on Sunday and recieved a call from them yesterday evening asking to rectify/fill up some details. then the person said I have to publish PF details regarding which he asked me to call back but when I called he did not respond. Is this a sign of delay?

So that we could have a grip on us to discuss in the HR round, for salary negotiation.

Don't share the complete offer only screenshot of compensation, it's against the rule to share the complete offer letter with other companies

I have completed my technical interview and in the Accenture candidate portal it mentions that you have cleared all your technical interview we will reach out to you soon for HR interview but i haven't received this same message on the mail yet. In my case, hr asked me that we can't offer the same is there any possibility to negotiate. I said yes but after that they didn't discussed anything they gave OL only 5% from my current CTC. I called hr again they said we requested management to increase the salary you will get the update OL soon u will have to wait for nearly 4 days approximately. They didn't mention any CTC in that call aswell.
Confirm again if they have not clarified yet

Hi this week is diwali week and so it is holidays in many organisations so you can wait till next week for next process, the LOI and offer letter both are different and lastly if you have multiple offers then definitely you too can negotiate...All the very best

Hi, I have one question. Can I delay my joining date by 1 year in Accenture, as I am in the midway of my masters?
You should confirm these things from your recruiters only
Accenture is very strict for document verification. I am not getting an offer from Accenture due to two entries in pf service entry by my previous employer. My previous employer had added one extra by mistake and they again added a new entry which is correct tenure. other service entry starts and end date both are same. so. Due to this Accenture is not initiating offer letter. and they are saying that get confirmation from your previous employer. Why did they add two entries? Now. my previous employer is not giving confirmation regarding two entries. what should i do. please suggest.

mam my current package is 6lpa. today i received offer letter from accenture. during the call with hr she mentioned i will get 9lpa as fixed and 1.8l as variable pay and no joining bonus (she said accenture stopped giving joining bonus from last 3 months). but in the offer letter it's mentioned 7.8lpa as fixed and 1.6 as variable pay. i mailed, messaged and called her to have a discussion. she's not responding.

Congratulations, yes negotiate with IBM showing the Accenture offer right away, but make sure you won't share the complete offer letter only the screen shot of the compensation along with any increase in joining bonus also hide the company name from IBM

It happened to me few years back. I cleared all technical interviews and tried to negotiate politely during HR round. She immediately rejected my candidature and refused to even agree to the initial offer. I got the rejection mail as soon as the call got disconnected.
Negotiation should be done during offer discussion with HR, during HR round they will just ask you they won't sit for negotiation

This is so wierd without candidate approval no company should reject the offer like this unless candidate is rude or some other issue, they will ask before rejection might be something went wrong in your case

@@CareerChrome Counter offer as in with another company. I don't have that yet. Earlier I tried negotiating salary but HR was little rude and said she will cancel the offer if I am not interested. I am not offered any joining bonus also and I forgot to mention that during Salary discussion.
Anyways, I have dropped an email to HR. Haven't yet received anything from her.

I got selected in Accenture even I accepted the offer which they have provided me . But my current organization is offering 5 fixed CTC and they are asking to revoke . In Accenture they are offering 4.8 fixed CTC. In this case after accepting the offer letter will it be possible to negotiate in accenture to increase my CTC upto 5 or more than that ?

Do the research on internet for the same like what will be the market value, see only thing I can tell you is what ever they offer they will also dig into the market offers and they will come up with some figures and based on your previous salary they will offer you the hike so what ever they give the offer just ask them like can I expect a little more, I know you have some budget but I was expecting little bit higher side if you can't make it in fixed atleast make it in variable pay or else can I expect joining bonus atleast or something like that, some convincing lines and try to negotiate over that so if they have budget then definitely they will do it based on your performance.

I am having an offer from PwC of 15 LPA (fixed) + 1 L joining bonus. Recently, I cracked Deloitte as well and during the negotiation, they offered me 16 (fixed) and no joining bonus which I rejected. I told them that my expectation is 18 LPA fixed.

Why dint you negotiate during offer discussion because if you have any counter offer in hand then chances of negotiating the salary is high but still you can try as you have not yet accepted the offer
