Good question. Answer: Know that women are thinking the same thing. They're thinking, "How do I find a guy when I'm in such a small town? No new guys seems to approach me. I seem to know everyone. What am I going to do?" Approach them, say hi, attract, connect, get to the next level. If you see a hot woman when you're out and about, you have to take the risk to say hi in a friendly way.
