⛔ এঁচোড় কালিয়া উপকরণ / Ingredients for jackfruit curry
*৩০০গ্রাম এঁচোড় / 300gm jackfruit
*২ টা আলু /2 medium potato
*৭-৮ টা কাজু/7-8 Cashew for Paste
*১ইঞ্চ আদা / 1 inch Ginger
*১টি টমেটো / 1pc tomato
*২টা কাঁচা লঙ্কা/2 piece Green Chilli
*১চামচ হলুদগুঁড়া / 1tsp turmeric powder
*১/২চামচ লঙ্কাগুঁড়া / 1/2tsp red chilli powder
*১চামচ জিরা গুঁড়া / 1tsp cumin powder
*১½চামচ ধোনে গুড়ো /1½tsp Corriander Powder
*লবন স্বাদমতো / salt to taste
*১/৪চামচ চিনি / 1/4 tsp sugar
*২টি এলাচ / 2pc cardamom
*২টি লবঙ্গ / 2pc cloves
*১টি দারুচিনি / 1pc cinnamon
*১/২চামচ গোটা জিরা / 1/2tsp cumin seeds
*১/৪চামচ গরমমশলা গুঁড়া / 1/4tsp garam masala powder
১/২ চামচ ঘি / 1/2 tsp Cow Ghee
*১৫০গ্রাম সরিষার তেল / 150gm mustard oil
