Okay everyone be honest! You all immediately said Walmart out loud to yourself 😂 🙋♀️ hubby and I are doing the 52 envelope challenge and I freaking love it! We finally got one envelope ahead which is super cool. But next we are gonna do the 100 envelope the low income way you showed us

I also get paid bi-weekly. I do 3 things to keep me motivated. First, I split the money I set aside for savings challenges (SC) from each paycheck in half so that I'm able to play weekly. 2nd, I do lower dollar SCs so that I have more "wins" more quickly which also allows me to play more SC simultaneously. 3rd, I play with my husband so we make it a game night for the both of us.
This is awesome! I love that you and your husband do it together! 💛
And yes, splitting up your money so you can play weekly is a great idea to stay motivated. 🙌

I have my husband put $100 every paycheck in the safe. I also stuff all my 5’s and 1’s in a jar. Once he started seeing the pile of cash appearing in the safe he got on board instead of laughing at me saying that’s pizza money. He kept asking to spend the cash and I said no, it’s for emergencies. On 12/31 he pulled it all out of the safe and I pulled all my 1’s and 5’s out of the jars. We, I say losely saved $5300 in cash. What he doesn’t know was that I was also dropping cash in my HYSA.
I just want to say I love your videos. I just started watching few weeks ago and now started cash stuffing and budgeting. Already see the light at the end of tunnel to debt free

I used to never drink red wine and a friend insisted I try this one. I really didn’t want it but she was convinced I would like it. She was right! It’s really the best red wine I’ve had- and I’ve tried a lot of different kinds. I live in wine country over here- vineyards everywhere. This $10 bottle beats them all!

Good Morning Jenn. I save $35 with HH. I do the low budget Wordle daily saved $40 in December and $13 so far this month. My favorite savings challenge are the busy bee cards, Hello Honey and Wordle. I like scratch offs also.

I definitely agree that coffee cash and Happy Bee Day were the quickest wins for me, but I love bigger challenges bc completing them gives me a rush and sense of accomplishment to do more.😊

It’s definitely a great replacement- when I first started cash stuffing - I was like- “ what is this!?”

I saved $26 with hello honey. Love the idea of using prop money in the 100 envelope challenge. Have you thought about creating 2x3 (or whatever size the pockets are) prop money? plus I hate folding money bills

I get paid twice a month & I like to split my money so that I can play saving challenges every week. Ex. If on the 15th I have 220 to save, I split it so that I have $110 each week. I hope that makes sense. 😊

Hi Jen, happy New Year. I got $21.00 on hello honey. Thanks for another great video. I would have been debt-free this month but life happened and my 2024 started on a sad 😢 note (funeral) and had to pay a portion of the funeral cost of a loved one but I will soon be debt-free by mid-February which is 5 months before the expected deadline. Yeah!

I love Copy Cat, Busy Bee cards, and putting my own twist on the games to keep me going. Always play Bees for tea because that is my challenge for my monthly spending on Etsy for the amazing things April creates

$22 today. I think that's a good plan. I write my amount down when I play and color the letter when I pay it. Clearly, you can't do that since you have to wait for our totals 😂
For a budget binder I used an old happy planner and I print my own inserts. An A5 binder would probably be nice too
I’m working on it- it needs to make sense and be completely functional. I’ll get it done over the next couple weeks- I like A5 size, too. I’ll probably go with that. 💛

This year (2024), I decided to put together a book of savings challenges. I have the envelopes all together. I work on the challenges and put them aside when they are finished. I want to see how much I can save by the end of the year! They are there if i need them for an emergency, but i really want to see what i can do!
