RECIPES
Warm Chia Pudding
- 1 cup plant based milk
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp ground flax
- 1 apple diced (can also do frozen berries / banana…)
- Dash of cinnamon, cardamom (optional)
1. Heat milk in a small sauce pan
2. Add in all ingredients, stir
4. Allow to simmer for about 5 mins, stirring occasionally, until pudding consistency is formed
5. Add any toppings of choice (I like yogurt, figs & walnuts)
Fall Pasta Salad
- Veggies of choice (I did sweet potato, broccoli and brussel sprouts)
- 1 diced red onion
- 1 cup chickpea pasta (or pasta of choice)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup halved pecans
- Crumble of feta goat cheese
Maple Vinaigrette
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- Salt & pepper to taste

Just curious but what made you decide to transition meat and dairy back into your diet? Interested to hearing about that process
She has spoken about it in the past. Due to her acne issues, she had to start incorporating more healthy fats in her diet and hence she did so. She never really labelled herself as a “vegan” so 🥰
I as a mother think it is because she needs all sorts of nutrients when she becomes pregnant. And if she then craves cow milk or meat? She better be prepared so I think this is the reason. Plus it is annoying to have food restrictions.
She doesn’t eat any dairy. Just Plant milk but she indulge in holidays some sweets like a cake or something else.

I love the way you eat. I ALWAYS mention/ suggest your videos to everybody. I even suggest them to some other IG influencers. It makes me soo sad when I see others "eat healthy " and really really restricting themselves of a cookie or something "unhealthy. " Some people think that eating healthy means eating very little amounts of strictly green food. I wish they knew that they can still indulge in great tasty food while staying healthy. Thats why I thnk you are the best example of "what to eat" .

I'm so happy you're eating cheese! I restricted that for so long because I thought it was bad for me but as I added it back in I have enjoyed my food so much more and have had a lot less stress around food. Your recipes look amazing!
Same, restricting cheese made me binge on it badly which in turn made it unhealthy. Enjoying smaller amounts of cheese every day is completely fine and more beneficial than harmful.

Annie, I also don't consume a lot of dairy but I do use feta cheese on my salads. . Try that, it's very good. And gives a nice salty taste
