Very amazing video. I recently tried stellar data recovery software, which recovered my data, but I had to pay for it. Now I will surely try your explained method whenever such a situation arrives.

I'm having trouble with the filter. I only want it to retrieve certain files types from a certain folder, but it's grabbing everything.

How did you bring up the D drive? When I click file destination to save to, it won't allow me to use any of the options I'm showing.
    Thank you

Please slow down. So many posters are far too hyper. Speak slower and slow down on the dashing around the screen.

You can just slow down the video itself

I did this on 2X speed and it was fine for me; I also suggest changing the speed of the video to adjust to your needs.

So glad I found this video. I had just completed a week long amv (anime music video) and accidentally deleted it. It was exported from Adobe Media Encoder straight to the default ‘Videos’ portion of my C drive. I then accidentally took it to recycle bin along with many other videos and deleted the whole bin. Tried this process on a paid version and it pulled most of the videos I just deleted except the actual amv video. Any reason why it won’t show up? Possibly too recently deleted?

It may be the size of your video, you may need a bigger drive to be able to restore the files you lost on your drive
