Of course, this works only until the files have been overwritten. Looks a bit like the tool from Norton Utilities from 25 odd years ago

it was missing one file in the recovery (227/228) but still good to know!
so MS made an attempt to create a Testdisk clone.
filenames corrupted, missing one file, added 1kb data when it was 0kb (?), cli interface, it's downloaded from ms store (!)useless software.
