I just returned a 15 Pro in white and got a blue 15 Pro Max today. I used the clay silicon case on the Pro and got here while looking for a new case color for the blue Max. The clay shade is infact darker than apple pictures suggest. Check 2:45 in the video. The material has a bit of stickiness to it and is not slippery. On the other hand it does not easily come out of the pocket and picks up lint due to the stickiness. I recommend the silicone case over the woven case.

Does it still leave the edges of the frame exposed on the front?? I hope not, as those exposed areas might eventually get scratched with all the swiping. Any comment on this?

Love the video. Would highly recommend that people try the fine woven case. I used the leather case for years. Shopped around for cases, ultimately returned them all and got a black fine woven case. The material on the back is self healing. Marks seem to fade if you scratch it. Plus I think Apple’s silicone cases are terrible and age terribly.
Thanks for watching. I’m trying different things and styles until I’m fully comfortable. I had the FineWoven case and did a short video on the wallet as well. I returned it because I didn’t feel it was a premium enough case to justify the price. I was amused at people declaring scratches permanent after 10 minutes. I may revisit it at some point.
Same on my side. I have the taupe and the clay. The FineWoven is far better than the silicone case. Much slimmer and lighter. The fabric is easy to clean and I don’t have any scratches after 3 months of use.
My problem with the silicone clay case is simple. The name is wrong. Mouse Gray would fit better. In my opinion it’s not the best combo for the natural titanium. And the black case is just the midnight from last year. Only the name is new.
Question. Does it still leave a small part of the bezel exposed on the front? I am concerned as I might scratch the exposed frame with use.
The Titanium frame remains visible with the case on. The raised edge does offer good protection.
@@941Tech won’t it eventually gather micro scratches from all the swiping from side to side?
What’s this colour like with finger prints.?
They pick up the oils from skin but not to affect the colour.
@@941Tech I had the blue one and it was too much for me. The case always looked dirty for my liking but I liked the case, so is it more or less the same as a dark colour case.?
You shouldn't bend it like this, as it's not just soft silicone. You actually damaged it.
