Three months ago I couldn’t do 25 singular pull-ups. I started with that, one every 30 seconds for 6 minutes. When I could do that, I switched to sets of 2, same time parameters. My next goal is sets of 3. Final goal is 10 sets of 5. My point with sharing this is that you should start today. Start today & in three months check back in with me, I would love to see you impress yourself 💛
Ah so fun to see some familiar faces from Pittsburgh pop up on my YT!! You’re really making me miss it. Awesome video, keep it up Court!!! Excited to see more.
I stumbled upon this video and man it did made me happy, what a simple and wholesome way to telling a story. Thanks for the content, I’ll be on the look out for more of your videos. Happy sends!
This was so motivating! I've been pushing my climbing grade lately and trying to do more cross training, it's great to see others also trying hard things (P.S damn pull ups for daysssssss dude!!!)
Loved this! Been feeling a bit down with my climbing and not pushing myself too much. But this was great to watch after an off session with my own bouldering. Thanks for the inspiration! 😄
Smiled the whole way through this - infectious good energy 🥹🥰✨
💛💛💛
Dude 50 pull ups in one day? That's awesome! I hope I can get to your level one day!

Very motivating. It's interesting how we don't know what we are capable of until we try different things.
