    • @erinw8787

      It’s because they actually have NO idea how a business person conducts themselves . Their ‘meetings’ consist of zoom calls where they time each other and cold call a bunch of people or conventions where people at the top of the pyramid are paraded and a heap of self help crap is spewed out . They have NO idea how to run a business .

    "Ask yourself if you will ever make more money than the person above you." My boss makes more money than me because she has a master's degree and 10 years more experience than me not because she bought into a company before I did. Do I ever think I'll make as much money has the CEO of my company? No, but it 100% has to do with the fact that I am not qualified for that job. But I also doubt that MLM lady is making as much money as me.

      Also many companies you can rise in the ranks to the same position as a supervisor or higher with enough experience and education. You can’t ever get as high in the ranks of make as much money as the top people in an mlm no matter what you do or how long you’re there because your down line will always be smaller than the people who joined in the first 3 years!

    • @Ali_D_Katt
      @Ali_D_Katt 3 года назад +13

      Right... to climb in an mlm you have to sink more money and time but at most jobs you can rise through the ranks by doing nothing more than your job well. I show up do as I'm asked how I'm asked to do it and I can be promoted or see a pay increase you can literally work on an mlm sun up to sun down and not make a dime that day... yeah no thanks I like to work my lil 8 hours and not have to think about work for the other 16 hours a day. Most likely it's an attempt of making cultural appeal by being the 'every-town regular girl with a sexy twang' element, while also getting to capitalize on the 'southern/country girls don't take crap from no one' stereotype. It's pretty much a conversation/rhetorical tactic of the cheapest sort if I had to guess, designed to appeal to people who aren't paying attention and aren't skilled in effective analysis of conversation and ignoring the nice dressing and accent of a snake-oil salesman to focus on the actual hard facts of their pitch.

    1 of the main reasons we test inside of the body instead of outside of the body is because you can have the virus outside of your body without having it inside of your body where it can actually do damage. But also because you could have it on your fingers but not your cheek and we've only tested your cheek. When someone has cancer we go test the tumor. We don't swab your cheek and then say "oh, no...your ok, it's not on the outside of your body".
    Ok I have to stop, I'm sure I've already lost her.

Your pay is your pay. That’s the issue, they don’t say hey come work for us and if you do enough we MIGHT pay you- or maybe you’ll lose money, BUT it’s a great opportunity so why not roll the dice!! As a nurse I’m so freaking tired of people saying they’re “done living in fear.” Right now what I’m most fearful of is the ignorance and selfishness or our society. I listened to a CNN podcast where a doctor talked to the US as if it were his patient, explaining that when our “patient” started bleeding, we applied pressure and when the bleeding slowed we stopped applying pressure. But now our “patient” is bleeding out, but for some reason we’re doing nothing about it. How many more patients are going to bleed out, or should I say, how many more hospitalizations and deaths are going to occur, before we acknowledge that we’ve let this get out of hand. I’m afraid this isn’t going to be until we all know someone personally who’s had the virus or even passed away from it. Stop being selfish, put on a mask and distance your self. If you’re not doing it for yourself, let it just be for the chance you could prevent someone more vulnerable, or should I say “immune come-promised” from getting it. Ted talk over

      The slimy part is that, in an MLM business model, the company can denounce anything bad their consultants say because they're technically independent contractors. Not that the company tries to put a stop to it, mind you, because consultants saying bullshit makes them too much money. MLM's primary tactic is to get consultants all tangled up and then throw them under the bus when the going gets tough.

    Ok so I’m commenting this in real time of watching this video (and haven’t read other comments) but when she says “six figure business” - few things. First, that’s not taxed. So automatically take 20-25% off that. So if she’s saying “after two years I’ll have finally reached 6 figures” if she’s JUST hitting that it would be 100k, so more realistically 75-80k. Second, how much did she have to SPEND OUT OF HER OWN POCKET to HiT tHAt miLEstONe a few thousand for sure. And third, that does not mean she MAKES 6 figures per YEAR. That’s how much she will have ACCUMULATED over the course of her “cArEeR” aka if it took her 3 years to get there then that’s only 30k per year. Again, before taxes and all she has personally had to spend on product and whateverthefuckelse they have to pay for.
    Also, she kept saying “retire” like, lol wut...? You didn’t “retire” from your 8-5 job, you quit your job for a different job (which nobody has eVeR dOnE bEFoRe), and essentially traded it in for something where you’re dialled in around the clock and constantly needing to work. Like y’know, when your boyfriend’s dog dies or when your dad is in the hospital. CONGRATULATIONS YOUVE ACHIEVED THE AMERICAN DREAM👏🏼🎉👏🏼🎉 (is that the American Dream? Idk I’m in Canada).

      When I hear them say how much they make they usually don’t differentiate between actual profit and what their revenue is. Since she’s on commission, and hasn’t actually reached her goal I wonder how much she’s actually making. Having a downline does probably make up the bulk
