U can't get this anymore, you were only able to get it because you had the challenge done and never claimed it when moments of triumph 2023 was still on.
Hi fellow Guardian. I think you can still complete the Triumphs (perhaps not all of them), but enough to get the shell, you can't earn the title though. :(
Is this where you can't get the shell if you didn't complete the Triumphs back then or is just the title unobtainable and the shell is still obtainable? Seems like a quite cool shell.

Hi fellow Guardian. In principle yes, you can still do the triumphs, but you can't get the title. If there are enough tiumphs to do you can get the rewards. :)

Thx for this im at 8/14 wasn’t really knowledgeable at the time when it was easy I can see that I can still do it just need to grind on neomuna
