Okay, guys, so i 'm gonna try to translate it for you. The girl called Marianne studied Chemie and works now as Chemie (st?) *sorry dont know how to say* and she works aß a hair modell as well. She gets 400 to 700 Euro a month with modelling. She let her hair grow since she was 8 and she always meassure her hair. Now it is 1 Meter 50. She loves her long hair and never had a haircut. The hair in this box is the hair what she lost with brushing or combing. She is ceeping every single hair in this box. As she went to the hair saloon she decided to cut 2,5 cm. The hair Stylist had to show her before cutting and then Marianne said " you hair stylists always want to chop off too much!" She wants to controll it. AT the end it was about one centimeter. Marianne says she would never cut her long hair , she loves it. Thats the whole Story, guys. Oh, I forgot to say that strangers always stare at her and ask her to touch the hair and its ok for her. Her boy friend says he loves Marianne , not her hair. He would love her the same way if she had short hair. I hope it helps you a little bit to understand. My english is not the best😦i know. I did this because in the coments someone said that someone should translate it and i thought " well, i have time.why not doing it😉
When I first saw this interview back in 2008, I was scared for Marianne. Having just been introduced to the long hair community, one of the first things I learned was that hair salons are usually off limits for Rapunzels since stylists get scissor-happy. So when Marianne walked in, I thought for sure that she was going to get it all cut off into a bob. Thankfully, she only got a wash (I assume), a trim, and got to give her boyfriend a hair kiss (lucky guy). And, once again, the people of RTLPunkt did a great job profiling Marianne and showing off her personality and beauty, and hopefully she will get more interviews in the future.

Also ich schon Cornelia und ich messe auch genau so wie Marianne. Meine Lektion beim Friseur hab ich auch schon gelernt, ein mal und nie wieder. Mein Mann schneidet die Haare so wie ich es ihm sage. Dazu sollte ich aber auch sagen, dass ich hier in England wohne ( leider immer noch) und es scheint so, dass diese englischen Frauen etwas dagegen haben, wenn ausländische Frauen hier lange Haare haben. Na jedenfalls wurden mir hier schon schaurige Dinge von Frauen aus dem Ausland bezüglich Spitzen schneiden erzählt. :-(

Marianne has amazing long hair but it's time that a hairdresser from Cologne took the scissors to her hair and cut it off really short.
