The way to a man's heart is to do help him relax and get nourished - cook, clean, be kind and offer yourself as his peace. Just be overall pleasant and reduce stress in his life. Be there for him and show interest. I can assure you us men don't care about your story or the small details of your appearence. As a traditional older guy, my friend group obsesses over girlie-girls into romantic gestures, from opening doors, bringing flowers and gift giving. These feminine women, who radiate Godly virtues, are common in the East, but not the West. These women prioritize dating for marriage, financial security, child bearing and travel in their 20s. Modern Western women seem to focus on short term relationships for both the job and dating market. I hope my two cents helps.
