I like the location, as it's literally right next to the corner with the temple and across the street from CentralwOrld. Do the Magnolias units get any of the perks from the Waldorf? Sometimes they have reciprocal benefits like use of facilities or access to room service and such... But I am concerned at the condition of the unit. I saw the peeling wallpaper and baseboard, and wonder if there is water damage in the master bathroom wall. I feel like someone gave no concern to how this unit was treated and really abused its beauty and luxury. Not being able to show the 4th bedroom is suspicious to me. The whole unit will definitely need to be completely refinished--deep clean, new fixtures, new wallpaper new paint, all new furnishings. Definitely would not offer asking price for this.
There are some things that need to be fixed in the unit. Soon there will be a new video of the unit whitout all personal items, this will also include the 4th bedroom.
20mbht condo masquerading as an 80mbht condo. Same price as my 5 bed standalone house on Suk Soi 61 on 1 rai and that is freehold. No wonder there are so many condos for sale in Bangkok, criminal pricing IMHO
