@@JackChang27 Jack, an example of the difference I was referring to is that you stated that the largest size is 1281 sqft 4 bed 3 bath which is quite different from the one at the developer site of 915 sq ft 3 bed 2 bath. However, I was also intrigued when I called up a property agent who told me that some units were reserved for foreigners. Perhaps the units you mentioned 1281 sqft 4 bed 3 bath are those?
@user-so8ju2js3b Now that you've shared the details, I know why the discrepancies. The one that you quoted from the developers website is for Phase 2 of Sunway Velocity Two, Tower C and D. For that, the largest unit is indeed only 915sqft. Phase 2 is still under construction, while the one I reviewed, is Phase 1, Tower A and B. The largest unit for Phase 1 is indeed 1281sqft for a 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms configuration. Hope that clarifies!
It's a walking distance. And btw I don't think you want to live next to the mrt station as well because it's will be to over crowded infront of your building.😅😅😅😅

One way to go about it is to have a direct link, just like how Aster Residence has it. Traffic from the train station doesn't affect the residence as its located behind, far from the main road.
OK lah, normal Sunway product, where the quality is there, facilities is there, accessibility is there...etc. When they already achieve a certain level, its very hard to surpass that, to be honest.

Thanks for the input and feedback. Yeah, there are variances at time, due to change in info/plan, especially after a certain period of time.

Yes, from what I understand, it's shared. Best way to validate is always via the S&P, as it'll state clearly and list down all the facilities.

Yes, they can. No issues at all.
Although there's a total of 5 stations, none of them are really near....all also need at least 10mins walking distance. 😂
😅 Some of it are covered for the majority (if not entire) walkway, so still not that bad. Example, the one to Cochrane MRT station.

2 badminton courts and 1 half basketball court in Phase 2 (Block C and D).

Facilities wise? I would say Sunway Serene has the slight upper hand. But location and accessibility wise, Velocity Two indeed.
