Imagine if Duncan had been in the final 3 instead of Cody. Talk about battle of the titans. They were the only 3 that could recognize each other’s manipulation tactics and keep up with each other’s mental games. It would have been soooo interesting to watch. Although, maybe it would have been more satisfying to watch the three of them try to win over the 4th player to their side and send one of the others home. That way the final 3 challenge still makes sense.

There were friends until he betrayed him for heather in that one episode
Realistically they were never friends I guess, they were both working together out of interest. The two are the strongest male players in the competition, but they could have been friends even if it weren't for Alejandro's betrayal. As karma, Alejandro gained everyone's hatred and antipathy towards him, the only person who likes him is Heather.

Wow it's so disappointing to see that this "friendship" or better rivalry was completely destroyed because of a half-baked season. also if Duncan hadn't left so early he would probably have had more than 10 minutes or more of interaction with Alejandro. Even if they both don't trust each other 100% we have to admit that they were an unbeatable duo, if Alejandro had taken the Duncan in the finals would be more interesting. In the all-star drama they literally lost the camaraderie and their great rivalry, especially Alejandro who almost ignored him whenever he could this season

I could be wrong about this, but with the exception of Heather, obviously, is Duncan the only character Alejandro becomes genuine friends with? I mean yeah, he dumps him when he gets the chance, but there was so much Alejandro could've done to Duncan before that episode, and yet went along with each other's schemes for the heck of it. I mean come on, Alejandro could've lied in episode 15 and ditched Duncan, as Duncan is a bigger threat than Tyler, but he didn't. He actually owed Duncan gratitude.
It makes his assistance to Heather later even more naturally fitting.
Underappreciated part of Alejandro's character development throughout the season.
Wouldn't exactly call them friends.
Say what you want about the Love Triangle plotline but this is one of the best duos in the show
