He wouldn't remember a thing, as he thought that he was simply licking an ice cream. The "licking" is what he did to satisfy, while thinking about licking ice cream. But in this case, him and Lois were visiting her parents. Barbara was sick, so Peter prepared a plate for her and went to her room. Barbara was watching the celebrity news at that specific time, which caused Peter to go "down under" on her. Hopefully that helps out a bit :) It's from season 21 episode 4 - The Munchurian Candidate.
