The Half Floor three bedroom, three and a half bath residence delivers the sophistication, elegance and scale that one would expect from ONE57.
Tasked with creating a turnkey home on the 61st floor, JBI designed an elegant and modern unit. Jeffrey Beers layered the interiors with warm furnishings and luxurious finishes to create an oasis designed for entertaining.
The Grand Salon with soaring 11'10 ceilings and dimensions of 43 by 30 feet is the centerpiece of this exceptional floor plan, offering the ideal setting for formal entertaining and the display of fine art. A show-stopping blue art piece by Christina Watka slides away to reveal a television screen. Another standout detail is a custom, dual-sided fireplace that separates the living and dining spaces.
The custom-designed floor to ceiling curtain wall accentuates full Central Park views to the north and captivating views of Manhattan including the Chrysler and Empire State Buildings to the south.
Equally dramatic, the Master Suite of more than 1,000sf wraps around the entire eastern end of the residence also with views of Central Park and the iconic buildings of Midtown. Dornbracht fixtures, custom designed vanities by Thomas Juul Hansen and exquisite marble and onyx grace the sumptuous bathrooms of this home. The Chef's eat -in -kitchen is beautifully appointed with professional appliances and direct external ventilation by Miele as well as handcrafted custom cabinetry by Smallbone of Devizes. This home also has a service entrance placed away from the public spaces which offers discreet access. A state of the art, multi zone climate control system, via discreetly designed vents and linear diffusers, offers year round heating and cooling in each room.
What I think is best about living across the street from
The park is that your windows do not directly face into other people’s windows.
main issues is that on every other sides on the building you are getting bigger towers, so even the 100m penthouse is getting some of his views fuck over. But i have to agree it is a dream home and it is hard to find a better front view. I rented in the building for a year and trust me having the hotel services makes it very appealing.
@@alexlap3303 What is your profession good sir, if you don't mind my curiosity.
@@josephhill2868 Software engineer but i am mainly investing lately.
@@alexlap3303Interesting, I'm training to become a chemical engineer. Seems as though software engineering and computer science is the way forward as graduates are expected to topple all but those in the medical profession. What have you decided to invest in? Any tips for diversifying and producing passive income streams?
@@josephhill2868 As far as passive income goes i have a few pieces in real estate that generates me enough income to cover my daily life and bills. As far as stock market i usually invest in thing's that i have a passion or good knowledge as it makes it easier for me to keep track of how the market will go. I also have a good few people working for me at my bank to get me a nice garanteed income on some of my investment and i have been staying away from high risk invesments. I am in my early 30s and i would be capable of a full retirement if i would wish but i am trying to increase my passive income a little more before i do so. I would say to use a CPA or research a investment group that would fit your needs if you are not comfortable investing yourself. With time you will learn a little more and could start trying your hand into it with a little bit of money.
It’s so funny how everyone is always like, “seems expensive,” ya it is.... It’s one of the most expensive places in the world lol
I live there in my imagination. It feels so wonderful and happy.... wow I'm sipping coffee looking into the sunrise 🌅
The house is the best and no 1 new york flat
Does anyone else watch luxury videos and pretend they can buy them 😂
We do;)
With 29 million, I'm leaving the planet 🚀 🤣🤣🤣
🤣
Loved the interiors!!!
that view😍
Only if I had spare $29m and wasn’t afraid of heights
Magnifique ❤❤❤
Whats the music track? Love it.
Je rêve d'habiter aux USA quand je serai grand 😊😊😊😊😊
Honestly I'd expect more for the price.
Its right across from central park. Im not sure what more you can expect. Location is the majority of the price.
@@SuWoopSparrow the place really isn't all that for 29 million I've seen way nicer bigger home, more attention to detail, and more entertainment and amenities. But yeah location is great but that is only so valuable still over priced in my opinion
Lone Surviver but this one is in the greatest city on earth
new york housing is an assest nowdays the most valueble thing are not the walls but the land itself and probably the value of the land will increase again so it's a good value
Could have been mine if I bought bitcoin at $200...
LMFAOO SAME
I don't think so
Not really because you could only do that once. You would have never known when to sell it. Most people only know how to make money when the markets go up. The real players that live at places like this, can make money in up and down markets. I told one of my friends who invested in the bitcoin. once the real players who have the ability to short the market. A lot of people will lose money. He didn't listen. Oh well. He is still waiting for it to go back up. Lol
@@raymondsmith1945 well what about the creator of bitcoin? He bought 50% of Bitcoins stocks and invested 1 million dollars into it now he is 8 billion dollars richer. With that kind of money he could provide his great great grandchildren without making a dent in his budget. Also back in the day 1 bitcoin was 0.8 dollars and as of November 2020 its gone up by 18 Thousand dollars. But yeah I agree with you it's too late to invest in bitcoin when everyone wants a piece of it.
Lol Satoshi Nakomoto did not invest $1 million in bitcoin. He has 1 million piece of bitcoin which cost him less than 1 cent before bitcoin ever launched to the market.
Exquisite!
Wow omg 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻❤️❤️❤️😍😍😍
Beautiful
Bellisima.
I'll take it!

Cozy Pen house apartment
Lo quiero
Nice
Nifty
По-моему цена чуть-чуть завышена 😝
I no Manhatten is super expensive but no way is this place worth $29 million. You could get a townhouse that is twice the size for half the price. Of course that does not mean somebody won't buy it
Takie, chaty, to Potężna, kasa, Sto osób, lub, 200,do obsługi,
I’d rather live in Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia
Беру!
Are you kidding me ?? I'd never pay that much money to live in a city trapped in a high rise , you can buy a beautiful large house with a swimming pool facing the ocean for much less and have a better life quality , that's my opinion.
Edilson Lima someone who buys this probably has that too
How big?
What is address
Why is the view at 0:38 photoshopped in?
We captured this shot with multiple exposures then essentially layered similar to what many photographers do to expose both the interiors and exteriors of a photo, except this is video. I hope that answers your question and thanks for watching ✌️
@@7TrainMedia so, this is the true view of the apartment?
Alejandro Mendoza it sure is. Amazing, do you agree?
Alejandro Mendoza yes, that is the actual view
Property Tour .... better i show you your poverty tour
That fee is like 2.9 mill to a billionaire lol
😁😎
This is just enough to make me sick this is poor peoples hell

29 million $$$. Madness & overpriced and commission inflated.
overpriced for that view? I don't think so
MEH ...
