All my friends in their 30s are married with kids and houses. Just yesterday I felt like it was too late. Too late to buy a house bc the economy is trash. Getting too old to have kids. Then today I was reminded of Gods schedule. Not mine ❤
I’m 35, been living in my car when I have a home that’s paid for because I need to move my ex wife’s family out to keep from ruining my future, haven’t been able to see either one of my kids which I love so dearly, don’t have a job but as of this week I actually have a few opportunities. Had to dig into the rock even further while I was on bottom before I realized I didn’t have a plan.. or a schedule and only lately has it become clear that all I need to do is trust God and things are coming together even though they are hard to see. If it was up to me to make my schedule right now there’s no telling where I’d be. I wouldn’t know where to turn. But I believe I’m right on track to finally get what God has been waiting to give me for my life! I seen your comment and couldn’t help but to feel a similarity in struggles even tho technically I have what you wish to have yet I can’t even enjoy them… God has a plan for us all, keep your head up and faith strong! I live in North Carolina and I am so lost. I have been a Holy Ghost filled Christian since I was 7 years old. My home is in jeopardy my job is in jeopardy I have had friends and family turn their back on me! I am staying prayed up and read up! I am 43 years old, I am also a recovering drug addict and occasional drinker, today marks 83 days sober off everything apart from tobacco, this is my next thing to give up, my Mum left us last year now at 83 years old, so this is definitely a sign from my Mum to me being this day New Years Day 2021, 83 days clean, love, Respect & Peace to one and all Amen. Didn’t have this sermon on my SCHEDULE but God wanted to show me his incomprehensible time is better than mine. My plans were cancelled because I didn’t know I had an appointment with Him 🙌🏻
I started drinking when I was 16. I would drink at parties, but I also started drinking alone because I was unhappy, and I was in a lot of emotional pain all the time. My mom was very aggressive when I was younger, and my brother hated her and so did I. He started hanging out with shady people, he started failing all his classes, he was never home, and my parents fought all the time. I also ran away several times. I was always trying to figure out a reason as to why I was here or what the purpose of life was. So, I started looking at different philosophies, religions, and beliefs. When I was 18 after I was hungover, I got on my knees and I prayed for the first time. I asked if God was real that he would show me he was real because I couldn’t take it anymore. I was crying when I prayed for this. At that moment I felt a presence come over me like a wind. It was barely noticeable, but it was unlike anything in my life I had experienced up until that point. I was surprised when I felt it and I remember saying “what was that?” after that experience I pretty much forgot what happened and kept partying, until my senior year when I got arrested. After my arrest, my parents lost all their trust in me and I was expelled from high school. I was told never to come back. At that time, I felt afraid and hopeless. That’s when I started looking for God, and I prayed that he would reveal himself in my life and that he would give me signs. My prayers began getting answered so consistently that I couldn’t deny that God was doing something. It was mysterious and compelling. I ended up in Church and started reading the bible hours a day. I stopped hanging out with all my other friends because they were continually getting arrested. I was able to forgive my family and myself and to ask to be forgiven. I noticed how at Church people were judgmental and how they formed cliques but were afraid to be around anyone else different from them. It increased my faith because I realized Jesus was not like that and ever since I was young, I saw people as people regardless of who they were. After a while, it’s like I could see God's presence was in my life and then it felt like he wasn’t, and then he was, and then he wasn’t. One day I woke up and felt more depressed than I ever have in my entire life. I felt like I was dying on the inside. That night I prayed, and I said, God, I don’t see my life five years from now I'm going to die Jesus save me Lord, please save me. I was weeping when I said it and when I asked him to save me, I felt a presence inside of me like a heartbeat, and I felt it once like a pulse, and I said Lord please save me and I felt it again even stronger. It was like radiance. When I woke up the next morning, I had transformed everything felt brand new like I was a kid again. All my fears and all my racing thoughts everything was gone. I looked at my hands, and I said this can’t be real, it's impossible. When I looked at myself in the mirror, I saw a different person. I started praying, and the holy spirit became entirely real to me; it was washing over me and inside of me. It was total love and peace, and I heard a voice but not an audible one, it was an inner voice. It said I am with you; I love you, I will never leave you, it’s done it’s finished. That was May 3rd, 2009, and ever since then I’ve followed God, I have seen many things change and many things I know wouldn’t have changed without faith and belief. I know what it’s like to be lost to feel you have no hope. Don’t ever think you’re stuck, or life can’t change because it can. My mom is a Christian now, Its night and day. Some of the things that went away during that period were severe anxiety and my addiction to alcohol. I’ve seen and experienced so many things that are miraculous and seen how God has worked in my life. When we ask God to forgive us for what we’ve done and turn away from our sins and wrongdoings and we believe in Christ's sacrifice everything changes. His word says if we confess with our mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in our hearts that he died and rose again we will have eternal life but not just life after death but abundant life in the present. Our sins are erased not only past, present, and future but our burdens and fears are lifted also. Our thoughts, our minds, our hearts, our souls are transformed and united with God and we know his spirit lives in us. If you seek, pray, and knock you will know JESUS IS KING!!! HE LIVES! “Come to me all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest”

Thank you Jesus for the unscheduled blessings for my children and I. I just graduated 2017 and received my high school diploma and got my drivers license at age 38 unscheduled blessings. I've tried so many times to go back to school as I got older I said it's to late I'll settle for what I have. The Holy Spirit spoke Feb. 2017 go back to school. With the challenges I had in math, that wasn't my story that day. I passed the math test 5 points more than what was expected to have. Hallelujah!!!!!!

I trust that Gods timing is impeccable and that his greatest blessing will come in seasons that I do not expect. 2 years ago I was on the verge of driving my car into a lake one of stevenfurticksermons come on and I started listening to it and started crying and my dog came up and laid in front of the shifter and save me that day
As a travel nurse I don’t always know what state I’ll be in day to day but I know without a doubt that I can always come here and receive the word of God. Sometimes it’s in my truck as I cross multiple state lines or on a hospital unit at 2am somewhere, I will forever be great full. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ God bless ❤️
I listened to this sermon at a time when I was and still am very vulnerable. This whole week I’ve been in my head about all the uncertainty that currently going on in my life. I’ve been very overwhelmed and I’ve been praying so much for God to help me find a way to ease my overactive thinking. This sermon was so powerful and it helped calm my anxiety a bit and I realize and I have prayed out loud and I have written it down that I need to let go and let God do his work with me. Even though things aren’t on a specific path they will come together because God will guide me in the direction He thinks is best for me. I’m so grateful for finding elevation church, it’s made such a difference in my life. God is “unschedulable”, but his timing is always perfect.

I’ve been struggling my entire life , mentally ill since age 17! I’m 38 now and just went through the biggest challenge of my life even bigger than all the addictions and losses , I went through my 18 yr hurdle in my relationship w my husband and the ONE ☝🏻 single thing that saved everything, my life , my family , my home , is Jesus! Gods grace and guidance , listen to the signs your angels give you , whoever is steeped in the word is blessed!

You are off the streets, you've beat your addiction & you're alive because you are important to the Lord. God through Jesus has a plan for you, that's why you're here, Jesus believes it's not your time for death, he has something he wants you to do. Follow the Holy Spirit , obey. If you obey Jesus Christ you can't go wrong. But believe this: Satan never sleeps! God never told us life is going to be easy, focus on God! God Bless.

I live in North Carolina and I am so lost. I have been a Holy Ghost filled Christian since I was 7 years old. My home is in jeopardy my job is in jeopardy I have had friends and family turn their back on me! I am staying prayed up and read up! I am doing everything “I am supposed to do” and it seems like it’s getting worse. My mental and physical health are being affected even though I am standing on Gods word and keep reciting his promises. Please pray for me and my family! I am so desperate for direction, so desperate for peace, so ready for what Gods purpose in my life to be revealed. I my need for prayers are one of thousands but I pray you see this! I'm currently homeless bc I chose my over all well being and mental health to having a roof over my head. I've struggled with addiction since I was twelve yrs old. My whole life has been a struggle. God has really opened up some doors for me as he closed a lot of others and for that I'm.grateful and I give Him praise. I started drinking when I was 16. I would drink at parties, but I also started drinking alone because I was unhappy, and I was in a lot of emotional pain all the time. My mom was very aggressive when I was younger, and my brother hated her and so did I. He started hanging out with shady people, he started failing all his classes, he was never home, and my parents fought all the time. I also ran away several times. I was always trying to figure out a reason as to why I was here or what the purpose of life was. So, I started looking at different philosophies, religions, and beliefs. When I was 18 after I was hungover, I got on my knees and I prayed for the first time. I asked if God was real that he would show me he was real because I couldn’t take it anymore. I was crying when I prayed for this. At that moment I felt a presence come over me like a wind. It was barely noticeable, but it was unlike anything in my life I had experienced up until that point. I was surprised when I felt it and I remember saying “what was that?” after that experience I pretty much forgot what happened and kept partying, until my senior year when I got arrested. After my arrest, my parents lost all their trust in me and I was expelled from high school. I was told never to come back. At that time, I felt afraid and hopeless. That’s when I started looking for God, and I prayed that he would reveal himself in my life and that he would give me signs. My prayers began getting answered so consistently that I couldn’t deny that God was doing something. It was mysterious and compelling. I ended up in Church and started reading the bible hours a day. I stopped hanging out with all my other friends because they were continually getting arrested. I was able to forgive my family and myself and to ask to be forgiven. I noticed how at Church people were judgmental and how they formed cliques but were afraid to be around anyone else different from them. It increased my faith because I realized Jesus was not like that and ever since I was young, I saw people as people regardless of who they were. After a while, it’s like I could see God's presence was in my life and then it felt like he wasn’t, and then he was, and then he wasn’t. One day I woke up and felt more depressed than I ever have in my entire life. I felt like I was dying on the inside. That night I prayed, and I said, God, I don’t see my life five years from now I'm going to die Jesus save me Lord, please save me. I was weeping when I said it and when I asked him to save me, I felt a presence inside of me like a heartbeat, and I felt it once like a pulse, and I said Lord please save me and I felt it again even stronger. It was like radiance. When I woke up the next morning, I had transformed everything felt brand new like I was a kid again. All my fears and all my racing thoughts everything was gone. I looked at my hands, and I said this can’t be real, it's impossible. When I looked at myself in the mirror, I saw a different person. I started praying, and the holy spirit became entirely real to me; it was washing over me and inside of me. It was total love and peace, and I heard a voice but not an audible one, it was an inner voice. It said I am with you; I love you, I will never leave you, it’s done it’s finished. That was May 3rd, 2009, and ever since then I’ve followed God, I have seen many things change and many things I know wouldn’t have changed without faith and belief. I know what it’s like to be lost to feel you have no hope. Don’t ever think you’re stuck, or life can’t change because it can. My mom is a Christian now, Its night and day. Some of the things that went away during that period were severe anxiety and my addiction to alcohol. I’ve seen and experienced so many things that are miraculous and seen how God has worked in my life. When we ask God to forgive us for what we’ve done and turn away from our sins and wrongdoings and we believe in Christ's sacrifice everything changes. His word says if we confess with our mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in our hearts that he died and rose again we will have eternal life but not just life after death but abundant life in the present. Our sins are erased not only past, present, and future but our burdens and fears are lifted also. Our thoughts, our minds, our hearts, our souls are transformed and united with God and we know his spirit lives in us. If you seek, pray, and knock you will know JESUS IS KING!!! HE LIVES!

Thank you Jesus for the unscheduled blessings for my children and I. I just graduated 2017 and received my high school diploma and got my drivers license at age 38 unscheduled blessings. I've tried so many times to go back to school as I got older I said it's to late I'll settle for what I have. The Holy Spirit spoke Feb. 2017 go back to school. With the challenges I had in math, that wasn't my story that day. I passed the math test 5 points more than what was expected to have. Hallelujah!!!!!!

I listened to this sermon at a time when I was and still am very vulnerable. This whole week I’ve been in my head about all the uncertainty that currently going on in my life. I’ve been very overwhelmed and I’ve been praying so much for God to help me find a way to ease my overactive thinking. This sermon was so powerful and it helped calm my anxiety a bit and I realize and I have prayed out loud and I have written it down that I need to let go and let God do his work with me. Even though things aren’t on a specific path they will come together because God will guide me in the direction He thinks is best for me. I’m so grateful for finding elevation church, it’s made such a difference in my life. God is “unschedulable”, but his timing is always perfect.
