    Hi Oren, love the value you're providing, especially where you explain that you collect all the pages for the strategy and even give a blueprint on how to create that content. But how can we find these pages/ people / accounts that are doing what we are looking for, how can we narrow our research down to find good examples and in my country TikToks banned so that limits some content too, would love to hear bacc from you :))

    Love all your videos. I've shifted all my algorithms away from mindless content into content that teaches me how to advance my career; you are in the center of all that. I would love a video or perspective on how to brand you own agency. I'm going through the process now in hopes to sell branding/web dev/seo/ads to small companies. I worry that too much art/design in my agency brand may be too meta for my general customer but it better expresses my personality/style.

    Oren, you provide PURE value. Amazing. Also, the burner account idea is something i've done, just never thought someone would do it with multiple accounts. 2 phones, wow haha. I feel much better knowing that I've somehow applied most of the strategies you mentioned in this video, but now I feel like it's much more structured with how you've explained it.

    This a great approach, however, wouldn't the brand run the risk of constantly chasing trends? I wonder if a more comprehensive strategy would include revising the brand strategy, repositioning the brand with a new brand stance, re-assessing tone and voice for messaging before getting into any kind of marketing so that you can at least anchor your decision making on how it aligns with that strategy. Just a thought, and not suggesting I have the answer here.

Curious, how you manage your burner social media accounts. Are they on the same phone as your primary ones? Or do you keep them all on a separate device with separate phone# and emails, etc..

      Yeah just log in and out - Sep emails, I have a second phone but don’t have that many going at once any more so don’t use a ton

      I mean- those are the best to stand out. How do you theme your catalogs, make sick mailers, do something out of the box with the signs, theme it as a real estate team that also has a stranglehold on estate sale vintage in the area - feel options are endless

    Ok... just a little confused. You were talking about Brand Strategy to start but quickly started talking about marketing campaigns. How do you transition? Which part is the brand strategy and which is marketing? Are themes marketing strategy?

      The Venn diagram of brand and marketing strategy should be extremely close to a circle. The brand is the themes and overarching values that form how you want the identity to be perceived, and marketing is putting the brand into action

    I haven’t watched your video on influencer brand strategy yet, so this might be the wrong place to make these comments. But I feel like they need to be left here because of how important social media is for every strategist nowadays. I’ll update my comments once I’ve watched that video though.
    If your strategy revolves around social media content, don’t just have good content examples - have good creator examples too. Especially if you're outsourcing the creation part to influencers for hire. Really spend time analysing who's executing your desired content, and make sure their audience demographics align with the brand's target audience. That can be make-or-break for working with the right creator.
    By point being: great strategists know how to pick the right creative partners. it's not always as simple as giving someone a toolkit in a brief and expecting them to create what that brief envisions, even if your communication is on point. Let's say you're briefing an established creator, who’s consistently landing brand deals. If the requested content doesn’t fit their vibe or feels too restrictive (or they simply don't like the comissioning brand), they’ll either demand too much money or just say no.

    As a fellow brand designer offering brand strategy, I often feel there's a constant battle between marketing and creative. Have you ever had to battle with clients' marketing directors due to differing opinions, and how do you handle that situation when implementing brand strategy?

      That’s a good one to hit in a future video - it’s all about putting frameworks in place to determine where and when you can test. Requires a lot of positioning and sometimes people just suck either way
