Hi. They can stay for up to 24 hours at room temperature after baking, in the fridge for 5 days and freezer for up to 6 months. Just put them back in the oven after freezing them and they will be like they were made newly.

Eggs and sugar ( not much sugar) just make the meat pie pastry very rich, crispier, and semi-sweet. The sweetness of the sugar shouldn't be too obvious.
When you measure out the ingredients correctly, most especially fluid. You can also just sprinkle some flour on the work surface to prevent the dough from sticking.
It took me about 2 hours to roll out the dough and fold the pies. I would suggest you make the fillings a night before so it can cool down completely, then make the dough the day you want to use it.

@merciespice4090 Butter makes it crumbly. Combination of Butter and Magarine balances it out. Using Margarine alone will still be okay, but not crumbly. Using Butter alone will be okay too, but may be too crumbly.

1kg of flour makes between 20-25 pies. You will need 6kg of flour to make 150 pies. Each 1kg of flour requires 1 packet of butter or margarine(450-500grams).
